Out of town and requested to watch a volleyball game on the Big 10 network and they made it happen for us! Food was very good though service was a little slow due to how busy they were. Would definitely go back

Found Flights when I was looking for food options on the way to SoFi Stadium. It's a small sports bar in a strip mall. Don't be fooled by the view from the street, it's a nice place inside.

My wife and I shared a dozen wings and large basket of fries. Wings were hot and crispy, although the lemon pepper came on a bit strong. Next time they'll be dry wings with sauce on the side. Fries were fresh cut and also hot. Service was friendly and prompt. They even had a non-alcoholic beer option. We'll pop in again next time we're on our way to SoFi or Intuit Dome.

today my bf and I (Black African American) came into the restaurant about an hour before they were closed. it was pretty empty considering it was the day after Memorial Day and it was a comedy special going on. the comics were amazing and interacting with the audience including myself. I came in and my bf came in and within about two minutes a server told us that the kitchen was closed (which I completely understand) we watched the show and about 5 minutes later a guy came up to us and asked if we were going to order. we told him not at this moment, he shook his head and walked off. about 5 minutes later, while my BF was in the bathroom, the same guy came up to me again and asked if we needed the menus. since the kitchen was closed, I told him he could take the menu. he aggressively grabbed the menus and walked off for a few seconds then came back and said "this is our business, and we require you to order something" I was embarrassed as I just came to have a good time and order something if that time presented itself, we were only there for about 15 minutes. heres a bit of a Background, my boyfriend and I found this bar about a month ago (I grew up in Hawthorne) and since, have visited frequently and even though we are always not hungry, me being a server, I always order food a drink as I understand the business. and I always tip 20-30% tip as I am a server myself. We usually go to Legends in long beach but since this is much closer, we were thinking of converting. I've worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade and I've never been told to make someone order especially someone who has only been there for about 15 minutes. i cant help but to feel that this was racially motivated, and I will be not visiting there again, my bf Birthday is coming up and he was planning to spend it there, we will no longer be giving our business to this establishment, and this is a warning to anyone who is black that this place is racist. We've been there about 5 times in the last few weeks, tip good and order food to support the business because the place is often empty and as a Hawthorne resident since I was 3 years old, I'd support almost anything Hawthorne but not if it it's racist. this is not a place where you will get treated equal even if you are a server and you tip well and are respectful. this was a very hurtful to someone who made a conscious effort to support her city. there was a lady who tried to minimized the situation but by her asking us to watch from the back made us feel more discriminated, though I don't believe that was her intention. I am sadden to write such a review in the city I grew up in but I must warn all of those who look like me that treatment may not be the same. i hope that this business makes the necessary efforts to be equal without judgments. we were brand new customers and after a few visits we will no longer be returning.

Great venue for watching NFL games on Sunday! Good selection of beers. We had their BBQ chicken pizza, which was good...a little messy, but tasty. Very friendly service and a warm atmosphere. If I have the chance, I will visit this sports bar again.

Excellent experience at Flights. We visited on Saturday 10/21 looking to watch some college football. We were greeted by the friendly server/bartender (didn't catch his name) and he promptly helped us get the games we wanted to watch on the big screens. He was great and deserves a raise, excellent service all day! Food exceeded our expectations, delicious! Thank you for a great day, highly recommend checking out Flights!

Who serves chicken wings cold? They fry wings then add sauce after, which is fine, except, it comes straight from the fridge. Wth? Food was good. Would have been much better if it was warm. Service was ok. Place is small but nice. Beer glasses are small. Probably 10 Oz and 9.25 a beer.....it's pricey for what you get. And...bill was padded at the end. City tax was doubled.... Only highlight was the stealth sauce is awesome.

I've been here a few times now, after work with colleagues and friends. Icusually have 2 drinks and we always get food. Tacos, wings, fries, you name it, all great. The drinks are delicious, and the menu changes often enough where I have had a different drink almost every single visit, and each one is as good as any other. Not one of us have ever said they didn't like what they ordered.Their staff is very friendly, patient, and efficient. It's not too loud, a group of 4 can perfectly carry a conversation. The stools are comfortable with lots of padding. It is not a huge place, so expect a bathroom wait.I have never been there for any of their live events, I cannot comment on that.Their prices are average, a 16oz draft will cost as much as a double-double and fries.

Parking: I have only have ever had to wait because I wanted to be closer to the bar, but there was plenty of parking on the "other side"

Beer was decent, but what ticked me off was the fact that a side salad is 6 bucks, and what you're getting is literally a bag of salad you could get at the 99-cent store. The chicken wrap had a total of 4 pieces of chicken, and the rest was banana peppers. It should've been a banana pepper wrap instead, and lastly, the boneless wings and fries were 100% store bought frozen. Burger King had better chicken nuggets. If you're gonna come here, I recommend eating somewhere else first.

The wings didn't have any flavor. My onion rings were burnt and hard. They tasted like they were refried.
