Came here to grab a hamburger in honor of The Beach Boys, only to find the restaurant completely vacant. Nothing online indicated they'd closed, so I was disappointed to roll up and see it empty :( Would've loved to have eaten here, but oh well. Not trying to post something negative, just letting other beach boys fans know that this location is no more :(

Well, seems like this fosters freeze is done for good but it was a great place for ice cream while it lasted unfortunately I can't say the same for the food.

I love walking the great neighborhoods of Hawthorne on my way to Foster's Freeze for a great ice cream or hot dog. They have big hot dogs there. I like it. Thank you. Okay bye.

I went there and they said this ad was fake. They would not give us an icecream cone for a $1.50. The worker was rude. Even when I showed her the advertisement, she still refused to honor the ad.
This has been my childhood go to place. Love the burgers there. Ice cream is good. Cash only though if you were to go.

I grew up on Fosters Freeze, this was always a place we came to for some type of dessert. I am glad they are still around, I was able to introduce my daughter to Fosters Freeze recently. What kid doesn't love sweets, but as an adult it's still just as yummy and to get some type of food instead of cooking is another plus. I've been to many of the other locations, but this one is probably one of my favorites.

I get to eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I got to say their service is always excellent and they keep the spot clean regularly. Pricing is reasonable and they serve generous portions.
