Very MEAN male owner. Ordered Cashew Nut Chicken (Chicken, Cashews, Celery & Brown Sauce according to their menu). Received tons of broccoli and pea pods which I hate. They were too lazy to call and say they were out of Celery. I did not eat any of the crappy food. The contents in your toilet are better.

The restaurant is filthy! Couldn't quite figure out how to enter the restaurant because boxes were stacked haphazardly against the door. Boxes of food all over the floor. This place needs an inspection by the Department of Health!

Tryst

Absolutely horrible experience. Forced us to drive 40 minutes round trip to the restaurant after the driver delivered the wrong order. Without telling us, gave us food that had been sitting there for an hour and a half, when we called back to complain he told us to microwave it. Refused to refund our money unless we drove another 40 minutes to return it. No concept of customer service. Never again.

The food was incredibly expensive and not even that good. Would give zero stars if I could.

Update: About 30 minutes after I posted this review, the restaurant manager called back and agreed to refund our money. He continued to blame the problem on the driver, on us, on anyone but himself, but he did refund the money. To note, anyone posting here about the ambiance inside the restaurant isn't posting about the right business. This place is basically a storage unit with a locked gate. The man opens the gate and gives the food, you can't go inside, meaning HE gave the driver the wrong food.

Despite the refund, unfortunately, I can't change the rating. The food was very close to inedible. I ate a small portion of mine and ended up throwing the rest away. It tasted pretty bad and looked worse. My husband ate his, but only because he was starving after waiting 3 hours to get this issue sorted out. He paid $30 for a pork chop that looked like a pile of dog vomit.

Ordered on uber eats expecting thin pan fried crispy noodles with gravy and got basically damn near udon noodles with black sauce and bullshit. Waste of $30

We did a pickup up from here. The food was exceptional We ordered low mein, mixed rice and orange chicken. Everything was so favorable. We will definitely be going their again

This restaurant is a hidden delight. Initially, I was turned off by the exterior, but I decided to give it a try—and I'm glad I did. The food was delicious. A few weeks later, I returned and asked a staff member why there is no sit-in dining. She explained that they specialize in takeout and delivery orders. If you’re looking for delicious, reasonably priced Chinese food to go, this is the place!

This place is barely a restaurant. Never order from here. It looks like a cluttered storage unit. Can’t even enter the premises. Have to wait outside. And the man who is most likely the owner did not care at all that my order took a solid half hour, was quoted 15-20 mins. I was waiting outside in the cold for 15 mins. Ordered 9:25, found out no food for me at 9:55. Owner didn’t even come to the door, just yelled across the restaurant for me to wait. And guess what - my order was cancelled yet I was never notified. So I just wasted an hour of my life. And still awaiting refund back onto my card. The owner took no responsibility nor did he apologize. It wasn’t until I told him that I was going to write a bad review that he then started yelling at me as I walked away. Do not give

I will never order from this establishment again. I placed a delivery order for a Large Orange Chicken and rice and two egg rolls. I was charged $51.31. It didn't make sense to me at all. I was pressed for time and my son was hungry so I paid the fee.After being told my credit card wasn't accepted, he asked if I would pay cash when the delivery guy showed up and I agreed. When the guy showed up, he told me that they added $20.00 to my order as a delivery fee. It then made sense why my food was so high. This should've been initially disclosed, especially when I live less than a mile from the restaurant. They guy still expected a tip, and I realized the next day that they had also charged my credit card. I was charged twice. I called back to request my credit card funds and I was blown off and told he will refund me the next day. I am currently waiting for my refund. I do not reccommend this place.
