It's disgusting in here everything is piled everywhere. It looks like I walked into someone's living room.

I have been a long time customer and my work used to go here all the time on our lunch break. They have messed up our orders a countless number of times so we stopped going there. Today I decided to give it another try, but wow, what a mistake. They got our orders wrong and when we explained to them that no one ordered there dry chicken and no one ordered rice they lady screamed at me for asking her to correct my order. My "spicy beef" tasted like fish, and I barely got any of it when it is supposed to be half. I DO NOT recommend going here. I will never come again. Also this place is not open for dining but it looks disgusting anyways!!!

I came here to thank the negative reviews you saved me $68 dollars on Uber eats. Thankyou

Shrimp fried rice is so easy to make, but theirs is so perfect I just do takeout. Amazing pot stickers. They have all the standard items like Mongolian beef.I love the egg foo young, but I usually order that by itself. Big portions. Generally prefer the vegetable dishes here. Super fast & kind to people that walk up instead of ordering on an app. I like them sooo much.

I ordered from this place Golden Phoenix. They close at 10:00pm. I ordered around 9:30. I ordered shrimp fried rice with extra shrimp and 2 other items. Keep in mind when you see the picture, its only a couple pieces of shrimp. I spent $57 on this food. I got the order and when me and my girl got home we tasted the shrimp fried rice. We had this food several times. It was burnt to the point it wasnt edible. We called and told him he said come tommorow and we will make it over. We trashed the food. So Sunday morning, I called to reorder the shrimp fried rice. He said ok. Then he called back and said we will give you double chicken instead of shrimp.(i ordered shrimp plus, extra shrimp.) I sent my girlfriend there to pick up the rice. She said he saw her and wouldn't come out. He tried to wait, so she could leave. He finally came and he said "we give you double chicken but you have to give shrimp fried rice back." lol It was funny because he never told us to keep the food and bring it back. Secondly, how are you gonna replace shrimp fried rice with chicken. It's laughable. So he walked off and went back

This five star review is purely for the salt and pepper tofu. I couldn't find it on the menu but they have other salt and pepper items so I asked and they made it. It's so good. Flavorful, garlic-y, salty and spicy...exactly what I was looking for. I would say the only negative thing is they are just a few minutes away from me so it's harder to stay away.

Second time ordering thru Uber Eats.... The first time I ordered the chicken chow mein and the large combo fried rice(the one that comes with extra shrimp, chicken, and beef). When it comes to Chinese food I am quite iffy especially on chow mein because my palette only trusts KAY KAY Fried Rice (LOS ANGELES) and Randy's Donut (Inglewood). The fried rice was good as well as the chow mein and it was a lot of food. So much food in fact that my phat self had enough for lunch the next day. The second time around I snapped a quick pic of the same fried rice minus the chicken chow mein.. This place can be pricey for those on an economic budget, but remember this is not like a Hong Kong Express and by that I mean this place offers dine out and evenly splitting food whereas Hong Kong is more of a single meal where you can buy a la carte.

I've been ordering from them for a while, overall they're great, they make fresh food to order which I love. I also love that they give you the option to have white meat in their dishes, their chow mein is top notch I like the chicken chow mein. They have lunch specials and their a good value. I took off one star because they can be hit and miss with how they prepare shrimp, a couples of times they've been tough- but no one's perfect.

The pictures don’t reflect the place I visited today. Looks like they are barely in business. The food was horrible. I ordered salt and pepper pork and they gave me “something” I have no idea what it was but, it was not a pleasure to eat. I threw it out after two bites. I also ordered pot stickers. Yikes, no taste and more like gummy card board.Should have taken the advice of the customer behind me and walked away !!!

Their orange chicken is TO DIE FOR. So, so good. And I love that their spicy beef is actually spicy. I also love that they always throw in a little extra goody to show their appreciation/make you come back for more. AND I ALWAYS DO. Portions are also huge so while prices may seem steep, it's worth it, I promise.

Golden Phoenix is closed until after July 4, 2023. Unfortunately, Yelp doesn't know that, but a sign in the window says so, and nobody is there.

Diverse menu, consistently delicious food, and no fuss service! I love this place and highly recommend it for those who know where to go for the food- not the scene, not being entertained by the staff, but GREAT. FOOD.

This is a classic case of hole in the wall super good authentic tasting chinese food. I would recommend as a Chinese person. Dont be deceived by the looks. This restaurant actually has lots of business via to go cuz it tastes so good. I got the eggplant and kung pao and braised sting beans. Will come agian sooooo good.

Taste was good, made to order. Has many different options between Chinese and sushi. I settled for fried rice and rolls will go back to order.
