They never have any açaí bowls,they don’t take cash and the staff just doesn’t seem friendly and like they don’t want to work there. Terrible customer service they’ll say we don’t have a bowl in a way that seems like they talk down to you, if you want boba the Chinese restaurant next to it has some that’s way better and the staff there can teach them a thing or two about customer service. The only positive thing about them is that the store is relatively clean. Do better boba time get people that actually want to work and don’t talk to people like they’re five.

Honestly, the drinks are great and what they make is amazing. It’s just the long wait time. They always take forever to make drinks. And it always looks like they’re understaffed. Every time I go I’m always satisfied with what I get but not satisfied how long I have to get it. I really don’t want to be rude but if you’re gonna be a popular spot where lots of people are coming, just hire more people

This place NEVER has acai bowls and seems like they run out very early in the afternoon and they don't take orders over the phone. Orders when there take forever and so its so crazy how if a place wanted to make more money then maybe they should keep up with the demand. Its honestly foolish. Every other place I go to ALWAYS have them on deck and their quick with it and they taste just the same.

ACTUALLY ZEROOO STARSSS , THEY DIDN'T ACCEPT MY DOLLAR BILLS, ...WHEN DID AMERICA ANNOUNCE THAT THE PAPER DOLLAR WASN'T ACCETED ON U.S. GROUND ? i just wanted to buy drinks to my family, i wasn't going to asked for it for free ?? i only had cash on hand and forgot my credit card at home, so if you ONLY have CASH they won't serve you ? SO I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS ??????

Disappointed that they have a restrooms and they put a sign that only employees can go inside. Even though they sell drinks and food you can't use it. The cashier who took my order was really friendly and the boba drink I got is really good. I got the strawberry boba drink. It's pink and cute! The boba is on the smaller end which is nice instead of the regular size boba. Not sure I'll come back.

The longest I’ve ever waited at a Boba Time . Staff wasn’t flexible when I asked to change a flavor and they waited until they were making it to tell me so that extended my wait even longer. Obviously, I speak Spanish but staff kept talking in Spanish when talking about my order. If I wasn’t a native Spanish speaker this would have bothered me. I also asked for a simple favor to divide my drink in two cups bc my toddlers do not need a whole cup and of course, it was No but they could have just offered me a lid! Which the manager had common sense to do. Anyway, they need some fine tuning in critical thinking and customer service skills

This is the worse place in customer service, just for one drink waiting time was one hour. Employees called everyone else except me. They don’t know what are they doing they all looked confused. The employees are very unfriendly. Bad place
I love this place, placed a online order today since my daughter had a school picnic today and they had it ready in a timely manner. The staff is wonderful , and friendly couldn't say enough great things about this place, definitely will come back. I appreciate making this experience a great one. Thanks once again.

Loved BobaTime. I usually get the Thai iced tea with extra boba and I love that I cane customize it to be made with oat milk. Their Chocolate macarons are delicious too

Ordered online (2 hours ahead of time) came the exact time my order was supposed to be ready, Waited another 20mins!? and was late to my event. Why is this the worst store I ever walked into. Its just a boba place but somehow they make customer service so difficult. The owner/managers need to get their act together. It was understandable when they first opened but it just doesn't make sense now. You either order online and they make it too soon and your drink is melted or you wait extra time because they will make your order at the last moment. I dont undertand why simple things are made so difficult. this isn't the first terrible experience I've had, I have MULTIPLE
