16 minutes. After paying at the kiosk, I waited 16 minutes for my order. For at least 10 of those minutes, I was the next person to be served. And the staff wasn't even trying to catch up, moving at a very relaxed pace.

They have a great variety of drinks to choose from. What I love is that you can always choose something and then customize it to your specific liking. I also enjoy the desserts they have macarons and cheesecake. On this visit I tried their Oreo cheesecake and a Matcha banana green tea drink with boba. Delicious 😋

The location is great, enough parking with that being said the wait time is long! Expect to wait 25-40 min if you're going to place the order inside. They are not understaffed, they had 7 people making drinks and the wait time was still long. The drinks aren't all that, it does not make up for the wait time. I ordered and orchata latte Boba and a Spanish latte Boba. If you go in to place order you do it with a machine so only accept card no cash.

The service was very dry and not very friendly.
Their drinks are super good and their macaroons are really good too, takes a while cause they're a bit understaffed but it's ok.
