Ordered by phone yesterday, got confirmation of order and separate confirmation I paid. Went to get the food and they said I already picked it up. No, I didn’t. They apparently didn’t pay attention to the phone receipt and gave it to wrong person. My grandma went today to explain what happened. The manager wouldn’t even discuss it.
