I don't have high expectations from any fast food chain. The food was the food, but this particular time was during lunch, and the two ladies in drive thru were having communication issues. I ordered the number 16, and when I was handed my bag, there weren't any condiments present. So I asked for sweet and sour sauce. The manager looking lady said, "it's in the bag." I replied, "there's no sauce in here." So she says, "Here's some more." Some more what? As if there was some already in the bag. So before I drove off, I checked the bag completely. I then asked, "Can I have a fork too?" The lady attitude worsened and told me there was a fork in the bag. I showed her the bag with just the food and napkins in it and she the said, "here's another one." Another what? When i was pulling off i heard the manager lookig lady ask the insubordinate, "you didn't put a fork and condiments in the bag?" Now, I understand S.O.S. because i used to work drive thru at a fast food restaurant, but how you improve your time is by improving your service not rushing the customer.

New update 11/8/2024 I felt the need to update my 1 star review to 5 star because of the spectacular experience I've had with Anneish!! She was so sweet cool calm collective with great customer service and she helped me save money by suggesting the box instead of my items separately. It's the small things that counts she made sure my items were all in the bag and the food even tasted better !!!! Lol
Update:: Thumbs down to Gabriella that likes to play favoritism on who they over charge for items. Not consistent. I don't know why I keep coming here.
Food is usually good. , but check your food before you leave !!!! I'm so upset I drove all the way home and received somebody else's food !!!! Disappointed! Especially when your on a time frame and can't just drive all the way back to exchange their mistake !!! Wtf
