I had the pleasure of ordering the giant Big Kahuna. From my perspective, it is one of the best sandwiches/subs that I have eaten. Happily, when my birthday comes up, I get to use my reward points to indulge in one. Of course, it can be split up and rationed. In regards to the establishment, it is well maintained from what I could see. Furthermore, I made my order online and used my rewards points. Had an online order that was supposed to be ready but when I got to the store they haven’t even started it. More customers came in so they dealt with them but that just pushed my order further back. I understand it’s hard for fast food workers, but now I know that it’s better to order here instead of online because they won’t focus on online orders.

Experience was great—clean store, friendly staff, not too busy. However, my online order was filled 25 min after it was supposed to be. Made me late to my meeting when I otherwise would not have been.
