If you’re looking for freaky fast, this isn’t the Jimmy John’s location for you. Took forever and the staff seemed really out of it and slowwwww. The sandwich was dry and barely anything to it. Expensive too! I’m so disappointed!!!

Update: I messed up using the app and I didn’t select “Make it Toasted”. The great employees fixed my mistake and made me a new toasted JJBLT! Thank you.

The Baseline: For a sandwich place, the sandwiches must have fresh, quality ingredients, it must efficiently make my sandwich, additional sides must be available, and there should be unique offerings.
Food: Jimmy John’s is a sandwich chain that has several standards offerings. The bread for sandwiches is of good quality, the meats are good, and the Jimmy Peppers are the unique add on. They have potato salad, pesto pasta, chips, and cookies for extras. Sodas are available for drinks at a self serve drink fountain.
Service: Service is good and I got my birthday side when I came in. No problems with the staff.
Ambience: This is a sandwich shop in a shopping plaza. The shop was clean and the bathrooms were clean enough.

The toasted sub offer is just too much for the store to handle, had so many orders that they just were scattered without anyone knowing whose order it is. Had to wait 20 mins for a sub that doesn’t even take that long. Rude customer service don’t know why they put these things when the store can’t handle it!

Isn't Jimmy John's entire brand being fast? I placed an order online, walked in 10 minutes later, and 0 of the 4 sandwiches were done. Waited another 10 minutes inside the store while I was the only one here. Service was beyond slow, there is no way it should take half this long. The workers kept on repeating the order to themselves as if it was rocket science. This Jimmy John's sucks. Corporate, figure it out.

I walked in and was speaking to a girl regarding the menu. She appeared somewhat dismissive. I shrugged it off, but then her coworker came out too and was the exact same way! I just placed my order and paid. Then I asked for a bag to put the brownies in and she just looked at me stuttering like “ugh what” and again she was dismissive and just left all of them on the counter…and boy o boy they could definitely be the poster child for “I hate my job.” She then just handed me the two bags and walked away. I had to put the brownies in the bag. Then I arrived home and guess what?? the sandwiches were mislabeled! There also were no condiments that I requested. Lol ridiculous, smh

Service was good but my sandwich is lacking. I asked for extra lettuce and barely got a normal amount of lettuce. I remember when jimmy John’s was a good, heart sandwich. Now Subway gives better portions for the price. Disappointing.
