Ordered italian nightclub add mustard and hot peppers. The lady who handed me the sandwich confirmed the oder and said there was mustard and peppers. After walking back to the car dealership where I was getting my car serviced at I opened the sandwich and there was no peppers on it. Didn't want to walk back so I conceded and ate the sandwich. Bread was good as always but there was very little on the sandwich otherwise besides the meat. I have always lived Jimmy John's and whenever I am getting the car serviced I like walk over and get a sandwich. But this location gets my order wrong everytime. How do you tell me there is peppers on the sandwich when you just made it?

Forget Subway or Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's make's a DELICIOUS sandwich! The this JJ location off of Rosecrans in Hawthorne, CA is the BEST location in Southern California! Every time I go to this spot, Sidney makes the BEST sandwich's any one could ask for. She goes out of her way to make a memorable experience, one sandwich at a time... And she couldn't be any friendlier. My go to is the Chicken Bacon Ranch! It not only will leave your mouth watering but will have you wanting to come back the next day.
Can't forget to mention the store Manager Valerie who runs a tight ship and makes all of her guest feel welcome. If there's an issue with an order, she get's to work and makes it right on the spot. She truly makes her customers feel valued.
If you haven't had a JJ sandwich yet, try this location first. You won't regret it!

Prayers the Good Lord continues to Bless her life and hands, this is my go to Jimmy Johns, I passed up two other locations and it was worth it, cheers!

Shitty service. Could not order the hallow pickle sandwich without being member, think they were busy and wanted me to turn away from it. So I had to step out of line to create an account, then ask if the meat can be toasted, could not do that (guess Jersey Mikes spoiled). Not really friendly. Deleting my account, will not go back.

I tried that new pizza sub it was off the hook so good one thing that I do have to say though is do not ask them to cut that sandwich in half for sure and that plastic wax wrapping that they put on the bottom definitely gets stuck to the cheese and you lose a lot of cheese so that part is not good but the sandwich itself was amazing I would order it again just don't ask them to cut it because you'll get a lot paper attached to the cheese inside of your sandwich the staff there is very nice the place was clean I'll definitely go again because I love Jimmy John's the sandwich was really good I will have to get that one again my go-to is usually the Italian nightclub but this was good

I LOVE Jimmy John’s and got the Italian night club. I got the worst food poisoning from this place last night 7/28/25. Please watch out.
The sandwich was great but the soda & the pickle tasted off. Weird flavor did not taste like Coca Cola I think they need to flush the hoses & clean it. And the pickle was waxy with a chemical taste. I dropped 2 stars because of those things.

If you’re looking for freaky fast, this isn’t the Jimmy John’s location for you. Took forever and the staff seemed really out of it and slowwwww. The sandwich was dry and barely anything to it. Expensive too! I’m so disappointed!!!
