I've been to this place about half a dozen times already and the fact I can't move away from ordering the 2 Super Burger combo every time I go is a testament for how crave-worthy their food is. The only gripe I have with them is they close too early to enjoy following some after work drinks.

the truth is I cannot even begin to explain how bad this place is. from the service to the workers to the food and not to mention the lack of proper management, this place is the worst restaurant in town.when you go there you will see the employees just standing there talking and laughing joking around never will you see them cleaning or actually working. I'm sorry but the lack of proper management and upkeep of your place is why it's so bad. please whomever the owner is please look into this. I was there on Wednesday 12/20 around 3-4pm. see for yourself. I don't want anything forfeee from this I simply want to shed some light to what's going on at this place

Wow for the first time being here, my family and I were highly dissatisfied, we arrived 8:20pm, upon arrival were not greeted by the lady attending, we waited 5+ minutes, took 2 phone call orders before she even acknowledged us, finally she took our order, but failed to let us know that we were not going to be able to dine in because of them closing at 9pm, we find out the moment they let us know our order is ready, yet they had put everything in togo bags, and the young man who gave us our order told us we couldn’t sit down to eat, it wasn’t until I let them know that it was our first time there and we questioned the lady as to why she did not let us know that we could not dine in when we were placing our order, her answer was they don’t pay us for overtime, the cook finally authorized her to let us sit down and eat, even after the cool allowed us to eat there the lady said to not take long because they need to clean we felt neglected and couldn’t even enjoy the food. Overall bad experience, won’t be returning.

This place has been in Hawthorne for years. Thank you, Jim, for serving the community for years. Years ago, I would take my children here for burgers on the go after they were released from school. Years later, they are grown and still buying food from this establishment and bring me something to eat. I've always loved your menu and have enjoyed eating breakfast, lunch and dinner items.Today I had a cheeseburger and chili cheese fries. I was going to eat half of it and Save the rest for later. Jim, you knew that was going to be impossible ?The sauce on the burger is still good!Thanks for the good lunch.

Place is not clean. Tables are sticky and overall just lacks cleanliness. I’ve been there a few times and it’s always been ok but the last time I went I got an order of chili fries and they literally dumped a can of uncooked chili on my order. I could tell because the chili was still in the shape of the can and wasn’t cooked. It says homemade chili on the building and this was obviously not it.
