I bought chicken to take away, two orders of eight pieces and when I checked at home I only had eight pieces, two orders were charged and they only gave me one order, very irresponsible to have that staff, I don't know if they know what they are doing or if they really care Wow, what an ugly experience, it only wastes time and confidence, it's a shame because the chicken is very delicious, but very bad Attention!

When I came up there was a guy taking out the trash I had no idea that he also works on the cash register and took my order, when I turned around and looked the same person was bringing me my food , as I was looking around they had KFC boxes all over the place I should have cancel my order then, but it was getting late and not being from the area I didn’t know another place to pickup something to eat. But I will be making a report to the company anyway just because others can get sick from this as well. So if you have received this kinda treatment from this location PLEASE REPORT IT!

Didn't have many saices advertised. I told her " sorry, I hate buffalo" when asked about sauces. So why did I find one of 2 a Buffalo ranch?
I wasnt rude or anything so not understanding the disservice I received. Also, they charge higher on your receipt than advertised. It's happened to me. I ask for a chicken little - for $3.10 but charged more than that - about $.10. which increases the sales tax I pay on it.. .. you may think it's trivial but if many small things can and most likely becomes a bigger thing.
