Drove there from L.A. Got there at 11:00pm. No Chicken at all:( They closes at 12am. Drive thru told us they wasn't going to cook anymore. I won't go there ever again!!!!!!:(:(:(

Last time I’ll be going to this restaurant I bought the family pack and spend a lot for it just to get home and have the chicken dripping wet of grease horrible I couldn’t not get a response trying to call and had to throw away the food was disgusting

I ordered a $7 box just now from the drive through but they forgot the nachos and cinnamon twist. Im calling to report it to the manager but the contact number is out of service. I was also given no receipt. Totally unacceptable

I bought chicken to take away, two orders of eight pieces and when I checked at home I only had eight pieces, two orders were charged and they only gave me one order, very irresponsible to have that staff, I don't know if they know what they are doing or if they really care Wow, what an ugly experience, it only wastes time and confidence, it's a shame because the chicken is very delicious, but very bad Attention!
