Unfortunate to say, this is a permanently closed location now. However, the service here was excellent and they really put in effort to ensure that the asked variety of chicken pieces are well cooked and served to us while keeping mind the health protocols. I will be missing this place, hopefully they open another location, soon :)

I accidentally stumbled upon this place and I'm so glad I did. They have some of the best chicken. To me it's better than Popeyes Chicken. I'm recommended this place probably about 30 times since they didn't open. And the slides are actually pretty good as well. This is a much needed chicken spot especially for that area I think they should open up a few more locations nearby

Went there. It's in a gas station. The Kristy Kunchy counter had parts on it, and appears to be in disarray. it seems all they sell is chicken sandwiches that are kept heated in a case a la 7-11 hot dogs. I was scared to eat it so I left.

Unfortunately I can only give this place 2 stars. I ordered on Uber eats and when I received the food my mashed potatoes were missing. It just ruined the whole meal. When packing the food the employees really need to double check the order. The chicken was really good and Mac and cheese too to bad I wasn't able to taste the mashed potatoes.

Very trendy new hot chicken place in Hawthorne. This is my second time here and both times the restaurant has been extremely clean with friendly and professional staff. This time we came for a late night eat post football game and it was a cool vibe again. The menu is pretty simple but has some dope variations like the Mac and cheese fries. The only thing that I thing is a bit strange is the asking for a tip while paying for food. It doesn't encourage any good behavior and I think restaurants as a whole should stop using that unless they are serving you. Tips come after service period. That aside the food is pretty good and the tater tots have a ton of crunch. The chicken is heavy on the batter which is standard for hot chicken in my experience but it goes great on the sandwiches. The sauces are awesome too so keep it up

I got the two piece meal with a side of fries, and a side of ranch.Chicken was a 5/5Biscuit. 5/5Fries. 2/5 ( not flavorful and seemed to sit out for a while) Ranch. 0/5. (Too artificial and not made there)

The chicken is too salty. Take care of that issue and this will be the best fried chicken in the neighborhood. The mash and red beans & rice are good.

Man this chicken is !! KKC is my go to when I need my fried chicken fix!! My family loves it as well!!! Forget Churches Popeyes and the others this place never disappoints! I love the chicken, tenders, the fish and the shrimp!! So much flavor!! Now the sides are cool and you can't go wrong with the potato wedges. Yeah I know it's inside a gas station don't let that stop you because the food and the service is bomb!!

Overall the chicken was tasty although the mashed potatoes and gravy were meh (most fast food MPs are meh to me) and the jambalaya was ok too, although when I added some hot sauce it helped to improve the flavor.
