Service is trouble. I was only doing food delivery, and when I arrived, I didn't see the customer order. So I went to the counter to ask about it and was told it was going to take about 5 minutes. So I waited and waited. I went back to the counter to ask about the order, and the workers were taking their time and never came back with the order. So I canceled it. The service their is very terrible, and the staff needs to show more respect to everyone that enters the premises. I'm very disappointed with the service I received, and I was there to only pick up an order for a paying customer

My little cousin loves the pizza here, but I'm not really too impressed. The food never looks as good in person as it does on the pictures. I feel like they skimp you on the toppings with your pizza and the chicken wings are very tiny. They are very hit and miss, sometimes its good and sometimes its not. The service is very hit and miss as well. Sometimes the employees are nice and other times, not so much.

Best Customer Service and food was well made. Can never go wrong with Little Caesars. Some people rate it poorly, but thats because they dont wanna wait sometimes for a pizza. Patience is key. Also I see many complaints from people that have to wait for a Hot-N Ready pizza, however, this place gets filled up even since the morning there are people waiting at 10:20 before the place even opens, just to get a pizza for breakfast. So having in mind that many people come here, how can you always have hot n readys all the time if people keep on coming. Be patient people, like sheesh it only takes 30 seconds to come and buy the pizza but it takes 10 for them to cook it. I get it they advertise Hot N Ready but use common sense as well. If they have only 3 Hot N Readys because it not that busy, and then someone decides to buy all three, and there are customers in line, its not their fault. Its the greedy customers who decided to buy all of the hot n readys. Anyways, its a good place, ignore the bad reviews they just dont like waiting.

Ordered my food 3 hours in advance and when I got there it was not ready, I have to wait for my order and when they finally figured out who took my orderand didn't place it they ALL laughed, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONVENIENT NEVER RETURNING HERE. Only decent person I met with this day was the cashier, young female , long black hair.

I ordered a pretzel crust cheese pizza before 8:30, close to 8:50 I am told the pizza was made wrong! I wait for another pizza to get made after 9 now. I leave without looking at the pizza, almost home this pizza is wrong! I bring it back, I am asked do you want your money back, I wanted pizza. After another 20 minutes I get the same pizza with salt added to the crust. This would be the reason not to eat pizza anymore or not from here. Terrible customer service, lying to a customer and or refusing to make the correct food that was paid for is INSANE.
