Louisiana famous Fried Chicken( Rosecrans and Crenshaw)

I was looking up the reviews b/c I’ve never been and almost didn’t come. But oh man I’m so glad I did. Chicken is Fried to perfection! Sides were great! And great price!!

Wouldn't recommend this place. The chicken was fried super hard and even though it was cooked when I ordered, it still tasted old like it was refried, I know that for a fact because alot of chicken meat was missing, it wasn't as plumped or juicy. Can't describe, but it didn't taste good. I see other people have said the same thing, so I'm sure the 5 stars are fake. Yuck!

They are cooking old chicken. The crust of chicken is very hard, not crispy like its meant to be. I wouldnt trust these Asians unless you want a stomache.
In other reviews they said that you have to ask if you want it fried hard or soft. It wouldn't matter, the chicken is still old. That's the point your missing. Horrible buisness practices and blantaly lying to customers, when several have said the same thing. I'll stick to burgers and mexican food in south bay. These chicken spots suck!

They don't cook it until you order it; so you know it's fresh. Call ahead to avoid the wait time of at least 13-20 mins, depending on how busy they are!

Parking: In the front, maybe 3 or 4 spots. Someone is always leaving in a short period of time.
But some parking is in the rear!

Food is delicious. Service is great and so personable. There are no tables to eat so take out only. Only blended drinks, 12 oz cans of a variety of Shasta, and bottled water to drink. Call and order ahead to have it ready when you get there.

The fact you can go on 92nd and central avenue and get a 3 piece combo for less than 10 dollars. Versus this location the same meal that cost more than 15 dollars is insane. Please believe it is not worth the money. In fact on 92nd and central avenue there 4 piece combo cost less. Any smart person knows under sale the competition, you get more customers. The food taste better too, my word.
