When I arrive there was one other car in the drive through. They ordered and I pulled up. A car then pulls up in the next lane. They ordered and pulled up. A second car pulled up in the next lane. They ordered and pulled up. After saying hello 4 times a male came and and rudely told me to hold on. A third car then pulls up, orders and pulls up. I said hello a couple more times and was met with silence. I backed out and left. Yes, that was three cars and I was never addressed.
The costumer service at this McDonald's has gone down.

I regularly order food from this restaurant, sometimes in the restaurant, other times through Uber Eats. I regularly have problems because I require a certain amount of condiments and they send me the ones they want. Today they forgot my dessert. I called the restaurant and an employee named Cassandra served me terribly. She doesn't have the slightest common sense of how to fix a problem or treat a customer honestly. They should train their staff well because the mistake was the restaurant's, not mine.

I order through the app for pick up at drive through…. with a McDouble Meal with a sweet tea. My fries were under cooked, my double cheeseburger was thrown together and messy along with an unsweetened tea. I went inside to try and get another tea it was still unsweetened, and I just requested for a sprite.

Watery caramel iced coffee, with an inch missing from the top (I asked for light ice). I was held hostage in the drive thru because the frappe machine was down and I settled for some dirty water tasting drink that I ordered from inside.
