I tried to order at 4am and they said they only take cash and he said they always take cash but that’s not the case they’ve always taken card I don’t know what’s going on he said it was a corporate thing

Consider going in instead of the drive-thru of this location if it's dinner time. I don't want to be too harsh because I believe the large SUV in line caused the very long delay since the car in front of me was quick. The line was very short and I wanted a quick meal but it took a long time. The people were friendly, my sandwich was warm, but my fries were lukewarm/cold. Super quick to get on I-405 South from this shopping mall. When leaving McDonald's, turn left and head toward Costco then turn left again and at the signal you just go straight to get on 405. That was a real time saver.

Ms Rosa(drive-thru cashier) & Ms Erika (manager) didn’t want to honor my app coupon because according to them my phone is not updated(how would they know?) continue to tell me that my coupon was only valid at the kiosk inside the restaurant keep in mind my coupon states kiosk or drive-thru. Continue to give me attitude when ask if they would honor my coupon when my coupon was displaying that it had been use when she enters the code but in her end according to her it wasn’t working when my app was clearly showing her it had been accepted when she enter the code. They are not problem solvers they are problem seekers worst customer service. Is not about the money or honoring the coupon but the customer service with attitude that i received this morning was not acceptable for me to even finish purchasing the food. Decide to go somewhere else! Do better with Customer Service.

Overworked staff, dirty tables. Too many customers and too few employees. I realize the fountain drinks have been off for years, but you can't get water without asking an employee.

The employees are graceful and courteous, but overworked and understaffed for the amount of traffic at this franchise location

One kiosk to order your food when there's 10 people in there is quite ridiculous. The store is dirty, I counted 6 flies while waiting for our food. Floors dirty booths grimy you would think McDonald's has standards but not in Hawthorne. This will be the last time we stop. Never again stay away. They are dirty here.

I have been to this location at least 5 plus times and have always had a negative experience whether its forgotten sauce, no straws, a missing item or sometimes all of the above, however this time I could not forgive this mistake. I am normally not someone who writes or complains as I also work in food and hospitality however this involves the health and safety of me and future patrons. I had ordered 2 diet cokes for our drinks specifically because my partner is type one diabetic, however after consuming our meal his blood sugar completely skyrocketed from 115 to nearly 400-only to realize our drinks were not Diet Coke at all but regular coke. While we searched for our receipt to double check if maybe it was my mistake while ordering (unlikely as we only order Diet Coke) we unfortunately were not provided with one. As someone who works late and McDonalds is the only open option at times, this location is one I always skip and am willing to drive farther from home to avoid this awful careless location for the sake of my boyfriends safety. This time we made an exception since we intended to charge the car at a charging spot across the street but will not make the same mistake again. As I mentioned, while I never am one to complain (and I dont even want or expect anything from this), I just want to bring it to the attention of those in charge for the safety of others as this location needs severe retraining or to be monitored because without fail has something gone wrong here.

Today I used the McDonald’s drive-through I was helping by a young Hispanic female, the order was incomplete as I explained to the young lady she became irate and told me to go to parking. Space number seven, she snatched the food out of my hand and yelled at me twice to go to parking space number seven I went inside location to speak with the manager. I was directed to a female by the name of Arceli, A Male Hispanic bald around the head was yelling in the background claims to be another manager by the name of Raymond C. He became very disrespectful told me as I asked for my refund. I can go spend my money some other place he and the other coworkers began to speak Spanish as I told all of them in Spanish I understand Spanish very well. As I was waiting for my refund. He tried to provoke me into a physical altercation. He told me what time he was getting off work, but yet he stayed 15 feet away from me as he yelled across the room With other customers inside the lobby. A manager job is to diffuse the situation not to come out yelling screaming at the customer as I’m speaking to another manager feel very disrespected. I will never go to this place again.
