Consider going in instead of the drive-thru of this location if it's dinner time. I don't want to be too harsh because I believe the large SUV in line caused the very long delay since the car in front of me was quick. I'm giving a 3 Star review because of what I witnessed today while picking up my breakfast order. I witnessed Raymond C, a manager at this location, grabbing my cup with his fingers inside the cup. When I confronted him about what he did, he tried to deny it even though I was watching him the whole time. I managed a sit-down restaurant for almost 10 years. I have an eye for health violations.
