MIDICI WOOD FIRED PIZZA & KITCHEN

The establishment was very clean. The woman who took my order was very polite, professional and knowledgeable of the menu. I was very pleased with the food. I will be recommending this restaurant to my colleagues.

I ordered two pizzas, a bbq chicken and a white pizza but forgot to take my photos of them 😭

Clean restaurant. Young lady who takes orders at the front is pleasant. Food was served hot and fresh. I ordered wings, fries, salad and breadsticks. 😋

This pizza is absolutely amazing, my wife is a big fan and so am I. I recommend getting a margarita slice with some mushrooms and veggies, they really know how to make their stuff here.

I remembered ages ago going to this place and ordering a calzone. Midway through it, I found what seemed to have been a blue plastic tag(?) inside of it. I mentioned this to the people and who I think the manager cooked me up another one as an apology.
I should've just gotten the refund as the calzone was middling and holo, similar to the atmosphere.
This place just feels like it was something the hotel tacked on just to have an on site restaurant as a selling point.
Theres so many better options around this area. Local and Chain.

I loved the location, even loved the service given to me by the associates at the restaurant. But, holy god did I have the sloppiest weakest no backbone pizza in my entire life. If I had known that I had to bring my own branding iron to sear my own pizza slices in order to keep them held in my hand i would have done so. Other than that, I liked the caulzone. P.S there should be a nothing option in your recommended food options.

horrible service horrible pizza, I paid 26 dollars with a drink bad pizza I asked for a coffee after another 5 dollars he told me I'm going to the other room and I'll do it and I asked him no the machine and here I don't understand, in the end he ripped me off 5 dollars without the coffee because he wouldn't drink and would give me the 5 dollars for the coffee back. Incompetent people.

Came in this evening to a spot that I been having in my heart as I was one a member to Medici.
My wife and I were very happy to visit a pizza restaurant that has upscale proteins as I remember.
And ordered the double pepperoni pizza and the Spicy BBQ wings.
As I recall the procedure was to pe-bake and finish them off in the fryer.
Built was, wings fries with carrots celery and your choice of dressing.
I guess I was too excited to be back in the restaurant that I use to know that I did not notice that they did not ask what type of dressing did I wanted.
Got home open the pizza. It was delicious. A little undercooked but not to less to have a great taste of the Saice and the pepperoni and sausage that I added.
Wings were next to open and to see that there was no fries!?! The only side was “carrots”. The carrots were too out dated to the point that we’re not fresh and discolored.
No celery by the way….
Wings were not well done like I had hoped they would be. As I ask to be wel well done.
Thinking of what I’m writing on this review and all I think about is how it was when it first opened before the pandemic.
I do hope to visit back in this new year and maybe have a better experience.
Thank you for your time on reading my experience. And just hope that someone would take the chance and actions to go back to how it was on good tasting.

Hidden Gem! Amazing pizza... fresh made fresh right in front of you! We had the meats and it was fantastic! Both dine in and take out!

I’m only doing 2 stars because the girl that delivered the food was so nice…BUT the pizza WAS TERRIBLE!!! Barely cooked, soggy & just BAD!!!

The place looks nice and the staff is really friendly but the food took really long, came in portions (the first person had finished eating when the last person got their food) and the food is pretty bad.

By far the worst pizza I have ever had and the worst experience at a restaurant. We walked in because we have been to Midici in Studio City multiple times and love I there so we thought we would have the same experience here since it was on our way back home from visiting friends in the southbay.. we walked in and thought the place was closed as there was absolutely no one in site (should have seen this as the first red flag).. there was a guy working there but he did not even acknowledge us at all.. he walked around annoyed doing other stuff.. we waited at the register for a few minutes before he finally, reluctantly asked us what we wanted to order. We placed our order and a few minutes in he plopped our pizza in front of us. The vegan garlic bread was OK, the pizza was terrible. Completed loaded with toppings as if they just half assedly threw them on there and didn't even fully cooked it. Mine was a vegan sausage pizza that I have had at the other location, it looked so unappealing and undercooked that I did not try it. My husband tried a piece of my vegan sausage and he said it was frozen inside. His pizza he said was underdone and bland. We left an a few minutes later I felt sick which only happens when my food is cross contaminated with dairy as I have an allergy... We will NEVER stop by this spot again.. they are giving Midici Pizza a bad rep with their mid pizza ? I would highly suggest you don't stop by here until they get someone who knows what they are doing. If you want to try good pizza, go to the one in Studio City.
