Today, March 26, I went to pick up my order around 1 PM. I arrived at the store at 12:40 PM and waited for a while. I said “Hello,” but no one came to the counter. So, I went back to my car for a moment and then re-entered the store. Again, I said “Hello,” but no one responded. After about 7-8 minutes, a lady came out with my pizza and handed it to me without saying anything.
I understand that the staff might have been busy, possibly handling many orders alone. However, I’d like to suggest a few things for better customer service:
• Even if the staff is busy, a simple acknowledgment like “I’ll be right with you” would make a big difference.
• If staffing is an issue, management should consider providing additional support.
• No matter how stressful the situation is, maintaining a polite attitude toward customers is important.
I appreciate the hard work, but a little more attention to customer service would improve the experience. Thank you!

The manager by the name of liva was very rude and unprofessional with me today over a phone number associated with the account ,there are many ways to verify if im the person that purchased the pizzas , for example a ID , Payment method , order number etc , she insisted only with the phone number i told her it was a family account in the app and that i had done the order and was showing her in my phone. She tried to humiliate me , she treated me as if i was triyng to steal the food , she does not deserve to be a manager if she is showing anger in her eyes asking for a number , i let her know i had never been treated that way at any other location and she responded its protocol i need to follow , i totally understand that but i did not know the phone number. I had a ID , the order number etc and she made it a big problem until she finally asked me what i had ordered she gave me my food .

I usually don't want to leave less than a 3 star review but I just hope I don't have to buy pizza here again. Maybe it is location specific but I ordered through an online app to pick up because a visiting relative wanted pizza from Pizza Hut. I ordered a large but the pizza looked medium size. I asked for plates and forks and was told they don't have it and to go across the street to buy. I deleted the app and would not order again. I just hope that relative never come to visit again. I don't like him anyway.

This place just wasn't it; my cheese bread was not cut properly, I ordered the 8 piece wings and only got 5, I had to wait 10 minutes after my order was reportedly ready for pickup and was told that my order was already picked up (like what, how?) the service is also terrible and depressed. Would not recommend, if you need pizza hut just go to the Lawndale one on Rosecrans

Chicken Bacon melt was too creamy. You’re better off going with the pepperoni melt for that. Alfredo pasta is now trash, it was way better when they made them with rotini. Delivery fee is crazy high $6.99 + tip. Your order will easily go from $18 to $33 after all fees. Hella ripoff for mediocre food

I’ve supported this location a while due to its convenience. It looks closed from the outside and lacks kindness on the inside. Although the ordering process allows you to select curbside pickup, they don’t provide this service. Staff lately has been extremely rude and unable to help with anything beyond shoving your pizza at you. Just a very poor customer service experience and I refuse to continue to support this location. They have to know there’s a problem based on their ratings on multiple sites but they just don’t care!!!

Disappointing to walk into the restaurant and not see a single worker anywhere to greet. Had to wait for a slow worker to finally waltz up and give me my order. Very in exuberant to boot. Not to mention they're very unprofessional sign that they only accept exact change handwritten on white paper.
