I ordered pickup, on the app it said it was ready but when I got here to pick it up they hadn't even put it in the oven yet. Will go to another one next time

We ordered a double fry for 7.74, expecting to not see the bottom of the box for fries that are nearly 8 dollars. Extremely unsatisfied. Fries were under salted, overall a bad taste, and no ketchup was even offered. Service was okay. Overall, very unsatisfied with this purchase. Would not return.

Just got my wife bday dinner wrong, it was nothing special. It’s the part of leaving us on hold to avoid correcting it. That’s the reason I have to inform any decent minded person to avoid your store completely. I hope this store closes honestly.

I went to get the new cheesy bite pizza. Bc it looked super good! You’d ASSUME it would be crazy cheesy and to pay an extra $3 something for an extra topping you’d ASSUME they’d hook it up. Hell no. Trash pizza, barely any extra topping, the “cheesy” bites were all crust. I’m never coming to Pizza Hut again. Domino’s won 😂

Today, March 26, I went to pick up my order around 1 PM. I arrived at the store at 12:40 PM and waited for a while. I said “Hello,” but no one came to the counter. So, I went back to my car for a moment and then re-entered the store. Again, I said “Hello,” but no one responded. After about 7-8 minutes, a lady came out with my pizza and handed it to me without saying anything.

I understand that the staff might have been busy, possibly handling many orders alone. However, I’d like to suggest a few things for better customer service:
• Even if the staff is busy, a simple acknowledgment like “I’ll be right with you” would make a big difference.
• If staffing is an issue, management should consider providing additional support.
• No matter how stressful the situation is, maintaining a polite attitude toward customers is important.

I appreciate the hard work, but a little more attention to customer service would improve the experience. Thank you!

The manager by the name of liva was very rude and unprofessional with me today over a phone number associated with the account ,there are many ways to verify if im the person that purchased the pizzas , for example a ID , Payment method , order number etc , she insisted only with the phone number i told her it was a family account in the app and that i had done the order and was showing her in my phone. She tried to humiliate me , she treated me as if i was triyng to steal the food , she does not deserve to be a manager if she is showing anger in her eyes asking for a number , i let her know i had never been treated that way at any other location and she responded its protocol i need to follow , i totally understand that but i did not know the phone number. I had a ID , the order number etc and she made it a big problem until she finally asked me what i had ordered she gave me my food .

I usually don't want to leave less than a 3 star review but I just hope I don't have to buy pizza here again. Maybe it is location specific but I ordered through an online app to pick up because a visiting relative wanted pizza from Pizza Hut. I ordered a large but the pizza looked medium size. I asked for plates and forks and was told they don't have it and to go across the street to buy. I deleted the app and would not order again. I just hope that relative never come to visit again. I don't like him anyway.

This place just wasn't it; my cheese bread was not cut properly, I ordered the 8 piece wings and only got 5, I had to wait 10 minutes after my order was reportedly ready for pickup and was told that my order was already picked up (like what, how?) the service is also terrible and depressed. Would not recommend, if you need pizza hut just go to the Lawndale one on Rosecrans
