My fiancée and I noticed a $2 personal sized pizza deal on 7/15/25 and thought “why not, let’s order” but it did not go as anticipated. I do admit it is a great deal and the ease of ordering through their app is not difficult. We have ordered and picked up from this location before and have been more than pleased, but the quality and service received when picking up our order this time around was less than satisfying.
First of all, I submitted my pizza order at 6:30pm for a pick-up time of 8:30pm. I did not receive my order until 9:15pm. Secondly, my pizzas were not hot and were not cut into slices they were whole. I had to cut them myself when I got home. Third of all, the fries were not seasoned properly. They did taste good but as you can see in the photo, it is not evenly distributed across the fries.
To reiterate, previous experiences from this location have gone well for us but this one was waaaay below expectation.

Blah, now I remember why I don't order food from here. And now I really appreciate where I normally buy my pizzas. I rather eat a frozen pepperoni pizza than the pizza I had from this location. The service was good but the food was something to be desired. Good luck with your orders from here!

It was great to get a last minute order in and get it in less than 20 min
I had placed an online order for noon, and called in to ask if I could get it closer to 11:45am (treating my hardworking team at LA Center for Hearing & Balance!). Team was able to accommodate, and the pizza turned out decent!
Friendly service and I’d be back, depending on the deals that are available through the app. Parking is easy, and it is definitely made for pick-up and takeout.

Pizza Hut and I have a complicated relationship. It had always been my favorite national pizza chain option, but when I grew up and realized it had no nutritional value, I had to let it go. We were both growing in opposite directions. It was painful and agonizing in the short term, as all heart break is, but in the long term it was right for both of us. The hardest choices require the strongest wills.
I still had love for Pizza Hut as we grew up together, so I watched her grow from afar. The "Nobody Out Pizzas the Hut" campaign was the best marketing campaign for an enterprise company since Apples "Think Different." Shoutout to the ad agency Droga5 for that stroke of genius.
Fast Forward to present day, it had been YEARS since my last Pizza Hut experience. I was home for the Thanksgiving Holiday, and we were deliberating on where to get a pizza from. My sister in law said "I might be wild for this but I love Pizza Hut." I locked eyes with her and raised my eyebrows in the universal nonverbal expression for "absolutely."
We got a large pizza with pepperoni and sausage on top, and it was just as I remembered. Just as I wanted it. Such a unique taste to their sauce, and their crust still being thick and fluffy. It tasted like early 2000s nostalgia. The absolute poster child for a 7.5/10.
Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, out pizzas the Hut.

Hello, please never order there. We ordered pizza for three people at 10am today and it never arrived. Everything together cost €90 and I'm curious whether I'll get the money back... so it's better not to order there!
