It is named Express but, there is nothing express at this place. The waiting was 30 minutes through the drive through and drive through is supposed to be fast. The food is decent the waiting is not and the employees seem to not care much either.

The food is good, the service not so much is terrible to be precise I tried ordering on the phone, I was told to wait whoever answered the phone just put the phone down I can hear them talk in the background and she was arguing with one of the customers who wanted to make a change in his order that he had not paid for yet, she claimed that she had already posted his order and could not make any changes, as this maybe understandable her demeanor was so unprofessional she was being rude, to end it here my order over the phone was never taken after waiting for 5 mim they simply hanged up, this isn’t the first time that this has happened to me. Even if you order online when you go to pick up your order they’ll ignore.

VERY disappointed in Pollo Inka and their new policy to ask for tip in the drive-thru.
What service am I tipping for? Nothing has changed. It’s the same 20-minute wait for my food and the prices have only gone up.
If I’m paying for my gas and my time, I don’t need to give you more than necessary. The guy even gave me a face when I put no tip and handed the device to him. Why put your customers in an awkward situation?
On top of all this, the rice and beans were overcooked and tasted old.

Nothing can’t beat their chaufa( chicken stir fried rice). It’s so good to every bite and it keeps getting better when eating it later or the next day since it is a lot of portion and still tastes as fresh. They also serve a little container with chicken soup that also is very good. Sorry for the long review but this place is a A+ for me!!

Food is decent. Chicken is moist and has good flavor; however, the rice always has pieces in it that aren't cooked. Sometimes you'll end up chewing on portions of uncooked rice.

Food was good but what was weird that they dont give any red hot sauce that you can put on your food but they have red sauce in a tiny litte Container for 2.75 its like 1 or 2 oz. Ive traveled all over the country and have never paid for a hot sauce to put on my food while im eating. Its always FREE , NEVER EVER . THATS REDICULOUS
