It is named Express but, there is nothing express at this place. The waiting was 30 minutes through the drive through and drive through is supposed to be fast. The food is decent the waiting is not and the employees seem to not care much either.

The food is good, the service not so much is terrible to be precise I tried ordering on the phone, I was told to wait whoever answered the phone just put the phone down I can hear them talk in the background and she was arguing with one of the customers who wanted to make a change in his order that he had not paid for yet, she claimed that she had already posted his order and could not make any changes, as this maybe understandable her demeanor was so unprofessional she was being...

VERY disappointed in Pollo Inka and their new policy to ask for tip in the drive-thru.

What service am I tipping for? Nothing has changed. It’s the same 20-minute wait for my food and the prices have only gone up.

If I’m paying for my gas and my time, I don’t need to give you more than necessary. The guy even gave me a face when I put no tip and handed the device to him. Why put your customers in an awkward situation?
