I had the Spicy Fish Sandwich it was Good
But the Fries was hard &wasn't fresh the red beans &rice was just rice&6 beans.
I stopped back the next day to complain about the fries&red beans &rice.
While explaining to the General Manager Steve
He was rude disrespectful talked to didn't allow Me to even get a word in.
Steve I said should had called immediately to tell someone how the food was.
I attempted to show Him the receipt on My phone He didn't even want to look at it
I asked if I could have a fresh order of fries or even a another red bean&rice with beans in it.
Aleast Attempt to make Me Happy
Steve rudely said I could buy another fries &red beans &rice
Steve's Customer Service was the WORSE!!!!!That I have EVER EVER EXPERIENCE He Acted Like He was Some King Master
If Steve's speaks to the Customer's like that.

I wonder How He speaks to the Employee's

The manager, Angel, at this location is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. I’m honestly baffled as to how he’s in a managerial position. I placed an order through DoorDash and called the store to request that sauces be added, as there was no option to do so on the app. Angel assured me over the phone that he would add them, but they were missing when my order arrived.

When I called back to ask why the sauces weren’t included, Angel claimed I hadn’t paid for them—even though he had agreed to add them during our call. He went on to say I should have given money to the DoorDash driver for the sauces, which makes absolutely no sense since the driver doesn’t interact with me until the food is delivered.

This experience was beyond frustrating. The poor communication, lack of professionalism, and failure to handle a simple request are unacceptable. The sauces are free and I'm
Not sure why he wanted me to pay for one sauce when they are free instore. I didn't mind purchasing it, there was just no option to do so. I will not be supporting this location again.

The food was good but that was about it. My food took ten minutes longer than the quoted time, because they couldn't find my order. Then to top it off they don't wear gloves, and I watched the guy go straight from the cashier to serving food. Putting hands in boxes and around food. Disgusting.

Do they know people can see you?Recent visit, tonight in fact. I spent 6.60 for a fresh large fries. Instead I received warm fries that were not freshly cooked but INSTEAD given some fries that were in the back not under the light that had been cooked and not put out in the front yet. I watched the cook refuse to make new fries for whatever reason. I know if you ask for something and it is in stock there is NO logical reason NOT to get what you asked and paid for. This location is closer to my home, but I will travel to a further location for a better service. He mixed the some what warm fries not hot, with fries that were almost cold. This is NOT acceptable in a service business, especially if all you have to do is put some fries in grease and take them out.

Yo it's Popeyes you ain't going for the service, their food is consistently good. But yo if your gunna gve to wait 20min because they don't have the chicken you ordered let someone know maybe I rather switch so I don't wait. But let me have an option u know.

I love these spicy chicken strips#. However, when a 20 piece order os $48... I'm not sure what the think they have here but it's not gold. I'll be making and grilling my own chicken from now on. The volume of meat does NOT meet the $$$ value spent.
Popeyes is way way WAY over priced for what they give.
I would N I T recommend this place simply due to their prices.
