Did the online deal with T-Mobile. Was some confusion with my order but eventually got itbright.

This is the worse cooked chicken on the planet ... All the cooks need a new responsibilities besides cooking... The chicken taste like medicine, I asked for spicy and I received extra medicine 💊.... Avoid this place at all costs.... If you want good spicy Sweet well prepared chicken. Go the Popeyes on La Brea and Centinenla in Inglewood . It might be the best out of all the Popeyes chicken stores...

I received a different order from what I originally placed. When I called the store to inquire about this, the staff member told me that I would need to visit the store in person with a receipt in order to receive the missing item. They also told me to contact the DoorDash app for further assistance.

However, I used a delivery app specifically to avoid having to visit the store. I don’t understand why I am being asked to resolve a mistake made by the store by going there myself. I believe the store should have either re-delivered the missing item or issued a refund for it.

The staff member who answered my call only offered two options: contact DoorDash or visit the store in person. I would like to know if this is the standard policy or protocol at Popeyes.

* In addition, the sauce container was already opened and had spilled inside the bag.

Today was the first day I have every tried Popeyes. I was craving some comfort food and originally was headed out to KFC… I quickly googled the difference and many said Popeyes was better…

Although I like KFC, POPEYES is definitely hands down better, better crunch on the chicken, less greasy, potatoes and gravy tasted less processed, biscuit was yummy with a little honey.

I will certainly be returning for my cheat days / comfort food days.

I had the Spicy Fish Sandwich it was Good
But the Fries was hard &wasn't fresh the red beans &rice was just rice&6 beans.
I stopped back the next day to complain about the fries&red beans &rice.
While explaining to the General Manager Steve
He was rude disrespectful talked to didn't allow Me to even get a word in.
Steve I said should had called immediately to tell someone how the food was.
I attempted to show Him the receipt on My phone He didn't even want to look at it
I asked if I could have a fresh order of fries or even a another red bean&rice with beans in it.
Aleast Attempt to make Me Happy
Steve rudely said I could buy another fries &red beans &rice
Steve's Customer Service was the WORSE!!!!!That I have EVER EVER EXPERIENCE He Acted Like He was Some King Master
If Steve's speaks to the Customer's like that.

I wonder How He speaks to the Employee's
