I really think this cake shop needs improve their customer service , I called to order a cake , the lady who answered the call does not know how to deliver customer services and enquiries ! As rigid as a board !

We had a birthday coming up, DECIDED To go LEE TUNG AVENUE wan chai to placed an order. After the next day I called them for enquiry but no one tells the truth. Few times I have asked for supervisors/Manager. But they told me “they don’t have” I asked to speak to the boss, they said they resigned” anyone you talk to keeps telling you different story and have lack of experience I am surprise by how this company handle enquiry’s or complains. so far the MOST disappointing handling in Hong Kong. I would never recommend here.

What a day? Suppose to be a fun celebration but a disappointing cake made it so chaotic. Don’t buy bouquet series. Not worth for the money. You will not be happy. 1. because of the typhoon, no baker to customise name. What an excuse? 2. the actual cake did not look like the pic on the web. 3. the gold candle cannot put on top. What a bad design? 4. The cake is so hard to cut without falling apart. Not even a pro. 5. The inside layer is messy and look not nice. Definitely not a choice as a gift. Anyway, don’t buy it even it taste ok.

Ordered a birthday cake to enjoy and it was so delicious! Their pricing needs to be updated on their website but Carla made an incredible pistachio and rose with rose water and raspberry filling! My fiancé ate practically all of it in one day!

The cakes look beautiful and will definitely create lots of exclamations. That’s why it is a good gift to bring if invited to a home party. My friend brought the Sunshine cake and it is really beautiful and tasty. Not too sweet. The flower on top of the cake is really big and elaborate but cannot be eaten at all - it is pasty in texture. So, effectively this is a very expensive cake but leaves a good impression.

今次有機會試佢的新作 - Passion, 淨係外表已經拿滿分啦! 個French chiffon cake 很鬆軟, 加埋幼滑的passion fruit curd and fresh cream 好清新，唔似平時食的蛋糕咁漏，不過我最鐘意個餅底，一齊食多左種口感!
