They need to focus on walk-up orders, not only drive through and mobile. I waited 15-20 minutes for my order and was told mobile orders are a priority. Mind you, there wasn't a line at all in the drive-thru when I ordered. Time Management needs to play a role here. This isn't the first time, but the last straw going here it's to small not to have structure.

Serviced this Starbucks frequently since they opened next to my Neighborhood Laundromat. Recently they being enforcing a Purchase Required for Bathroom use. Think that was in the news before we're a lawsuit happening if I'm mistaken. I noticed recently graffiti on the restroom but it doesn't justify stereotyping any brown or dark skin as troublemakers. Going to be boycotting any Starbucks enforcing that policy again,sucks it in my neighborhood.

Horrible customer service now. They have lost the meaning of humanity and kindness. The point is not to just come for coffee.
This is a nice location but the restrooms need locks on this since they’re only 1 stall. It’s very awkward, weird and kind of uncomfortable when someone is just standing right there while you’re trying to use the restroom…especially when the stragglers are present it’s very creepy. Also, the huge long tables semi-blocking the walkways to and from the restrooms especially when folks are utilizing the table…they aren’t considerate about blocking the walkway having to squeeze by.
It’s taking entirely too long to get service at the windows smh parking is extremely tight when busy. Very very small location but very nice and new

Placed an online order. I arrive to pick it up only to find out it's not ready. I wanted 10-15 minutes for so called staff to make order. WHAT'S THE POINT ON ONLINE ORDERING, IF IT'S NOT READY WHEN YOU ARRIVE. No apologies for not having order ready. Also, ordered a blonde latte with extra shot of espresso, only for them not to add extra shot of espresso. THIS LOCATION SUCKS!!!! Do better. SMH!!!
