I had came to this Starbucks a couple of times and although they are not the friendliest people they were making my drink right so I had been coming there because it's close to where I have been working but today I put in my mobile order as I usually do and when I came in I asked if I could use the restroom and immediately was told restrooms are for customers only I told her I put in a mobile order but I can go use the restroom somewhere else if it's a problem and she said know if I put in a mobile order I can use the restroom it's a little ridiculous the police the restrooms like that I don't look like a homeless person I'm carrying a purse that probably costs as much as her rent so I definitely wasn't going to go inside and do anything crazy in the bathroom other than use it to release the previous $7 coffee I had bought from you guys this morning which on its own is a ridiculous amount of money for a coffee that isn't very good and here I am buying a second one keeping you in business like everyone else but have to be berated on if you bought an order or not to Simply go to the bathroom I would get it if I came inside and had a whole bunch of bags with my belongings and I look like I had been sleeping outside and with that being said now that we are here the employees at this Starbucks could use a little bit of training on customer service friendliness and cleanliness but mostly maybe you could train them how to say hello and smile since after all we are paying their wage and again a drink is $7

Dani, Abby and the morning team are the absolute greatest. I am always welcomed and greeted warmly by everyone in here and it really makes my day, especially if it’s starting out rough. The food is great for little snacks and I love to sit and read here, as it’s a nice ambient location with not too loud music. The food and drinks are always served professionally and kindly. Please give Dani Abby and the team a raise/promotion. They’re truly the best!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

I ordered a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade and instead received a dirty cup with brown spots inside — completely unacceptable. On ,Really disappointed with the experience. Cleanliness and accuracy should be basic standards.

Never coming back to this Starbucks again. People are way to slow with an attitude and to top it off after waiting and waiting they made my drink with ice all the way to the top and would refuse to remake. So I got pretty much ripped off. I would not recommend any one to come to this store u less you want to get ripped off or wait an eternity or have the people that work here give you attitude.
At the Starbucks location on El Segundo Blvd, I ordered 2 Frappacinos. Upon arrival home, I realised that something was wrong as both drinks tasted as if they were coffeeless. I drove back, and they gracioisly remade them. Again, both drinks tasted coffeeless. I have never returned anything I have purchased at SB's, I am a Gold Card member, and I often purchase Frappacinos. Frustrated, I drove to Starbucks on Rosecrans Ave in explaining what had occurred. I asked if I could purchase a shot that would rectify the situation. Niko, taking orders, said they could remake the drinks for me, which surprised/impressed me. This is an excellent example of super Cust Serv & reinforces why I am a loyal SB's customer. Please acknowledge Niko, as they are a true asset for your company.

never coming here again! somehow they always get your order wrong. when i got my drink it was barely even full, i ordered a peppermint white mocha but was given something else. check and taste your drinks before leaving the parking lot here!!

The most rude and disgusting customer service I’ve ever experienced. The worker took out the trash then proceeded to touch food without washing her hands. I will never spend another dollar at Starbucks due to this behavior.
