Just picked up my mobile order my drink was wrong so i asked for it to be fixed and Steph had an attitude and problem with helping me do that. I also asked for a stopper and a sleeve (my drink was extra hot) or was supposed to be and also a cup holder she didnt even respond. I asked another employer for help and she smiled and was helping me while Steph interrupted her to “help” me. I thanked her smiled and said “have a good day” once again silence.I literally work around the corner and come here often I have never seen Steph before but I will not return after her nasty service.

I love coming to this starbucks, been coming here for years, and I've loved it. Lately though on Sunday mornings there is a cashier/barista that isn't very pleasant and almost seems to have an attitude for no reason, like she is forced to be there. I am big on service that is why I am only giving them a 4, they are 5 when she's not there.

I always come super early in the morning around 6 and it's always really quiet and nice way to start off my morning. The usual baristas there always greet me and are friendly! Shoutout to May for always having my drink already there when I walk in:)

If I could give this shit location -5 stars, I would. It's sad to see how many great baristas ditched this dump as I use to be a regular here on weekends. Today I came in to order my usual frap and pastry around 2pm. The sweet girl on reg took my order and recommended the pumpkin muffin. However, while waiting for my drink, the barista with bright pink hair took 10 minutes to make my drink as she was flirting with the tall guy with glasses. I instantly felt uncomfortable as they were discussing date plans while my cup sat on the counter the whole time. I think it's highly unprofessional for the baristas to behave this way. I approached the nice girl on reg to ask for my drink and she said she'd let her supervisor know, however to my surprise the supervisor was the guy flirting with the girl. Highly unprofessional and tacky to say the least. I didn't know Starbucks approved of old dudes hitting on young girls and much less making paying customers wait so damn long. When I finally got my drink the pink haired girl ignored my request for a straw and when I finally got it my frap tasted like shit. Definitely avoiding this locations now as I see management doesn't give a shit about the customer service anymore.
Little disappointed in the recent employee turn over but I'm getting use to the new faces. Great service!

Decent store off Rosecrans and the 405. It's an older store but it has plenty of seating and power outlets. Ample parking off street and the plave feels safe. There is also outdoor seating facing the corner of Rosecrans and Ocean Gate.

this barista gave me attitude she had bright pink hair and instead of giving me my banana loaf , she kept txting on her phone and talking to employees nonstop instead of helping me. When I asked for a straw, she gave it to me like if I was bothering her. Never COMING BACK AGAIN
