I’ve never been to a Starbucks and received the kind of energy we received today. 3/2/25 before 12p. No matter busy or slow I’ve never experienced a Starbucks employee project disgust or nastiness. Today, that was our experience. Received dirty stares from the shorter girl as she made a drink and then while the other one did the same and snatched product out of my hand. I kind of expect rude service ppl these days but at Starbucks?! Wild. It’s crazy to say this, but maybe these two women could use a bit of diversity training. It’s only crazy because they are as diverse as my friend and I but looked at us like we were poo-poo in the store.

They clearly hate people. This isn’t the industry for them if they can’t figure a way to leave the disgust at home.

I asked for a decaf like place pour over, however they told me they didn’t have it. Nor could they find the items to make it. As someone who works at Starbucks this is simply not okay. Starbucks policy is to have coffee available all day long. I was upset as I was met with attitude by the barista. She has brown hair with glasses. Totally rude, maybe you need an attitude adjustment. Or find a different profession.

I used to go out of my way to visit this Starbucks because everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. I recently moved closer to this location and frequently stop by as it's close to the freeway. However, I've had a few interactions that left me very uncomfortable, and now I try to avoid this location or order via mobile and leave as quickly as possible. The problem lies with one of the managers. I've called Starbucks on three separate occasions, but nothing has ever been done about it.An example of the issue occurred when I brought my water bottle and asked for it to be filled. The barista began filling my (clean) water bottle, but then the manager instructed the barista to return my bottle and wash his hands immediately because "you never know what kind of germs a person has." After the barista washed his hands, he gave me a regular Starbucks cup. This has happened several times at this location. How are we reducing waste if we can't use reusable cups? Interestingly, this is the only location where this has occurred. When I asked for a Trenta cup, I was told I could not have one, but instead, I could ask for two venti cups to fill my water bottle. ?‍♀️To hear "you never know what kind of germs a person has" in front of me is just rude. My cup was clean! This is just one example of many concerning incidents involving this manager. I don't usually complain much, but when you feel uncomfortable about visiting a place you frequent and nobody listens, I guess posting a review is all you can do.I will add that most.of the other baristas are lovely and I enjoy their welcoming spirit. However, there's definitely a different vibe when the one manager is in.

I ordered chocolate cake pops, and they ran out. The cashier said she could sell me the samples. I asked are they still good? She said, of course! I wouldn’t be selling you bad food. And here is what I got.

Worst store ever!!! All employees including the store manager have such a terrible attitude. Sadly this manager is a detriment to the business. They are apparently all unfamiliar with customer service and unhappy with their jobs. Their customer service skills leave A LOT to be desired!

Okay, totally unprofessional, when my husband simply goes for a black coffee apparently it take two childish girls to laugh and play tag on who takes his order. Asking if my husband is single, 1 do it out of work not while you’re on the clock. 2 get turned down and feel embarrassed move on that’s where it should end. But instead missy decided to play tag and have my husband waiting to get his black coffee and told her friend to go take his order. After laughing in his face and walking away without a reason after he simply responded “ I’m married”. It’s not out of jealousy, it’s the unprofessionalism.
