I ordered chocolate cake pops, and they ran out. The cashier said she could sell me the samples. I asked are they still good? She said, of course! I wouldn’t be selling you bad food. And here is what I got.

Worst store ever!!! All employees including the store manager have such a terrible attitude. Sadly this manager is a detriment to the business. They are apparently all unfamiliar with customer service and unhappy with their jobs. Their customer service skills leave A LOT to be desired!

Okay, totally unprofessional, when my husband simply goes for a black coffee apparently it take two childish girls to laugh and play tag on who takes his order. Asking if my husband is single, 1 do it out of work not while you’re on the clock. 2 get turned down and feel embarrassed move on that’s where it should end. But instead missy decided to play tag and have my husband waiting to get his black coffee and told her friend to go take his order. After laughing in his face and walking away without a reason after he simply responded “ I’m married”. It’s not out of jealousy, it’s the unprofessionalism.

Rude and poor customer service from Andrea lead/supervisor.As soon as I walked in she already had poor attitude. When I asked for a venti cup of ice she stated that there's a shortage on cups and couldn't give it to me with a smirk on her face. When I wanted to pay she didn't want to take my 100 dollar bill because they didn't take large bills. I asked for her name and corporate's number she stated she didn't have it and If I called they would tell me the same thing and laughed. I did call corporate and they stated that Starbucks does not have a shortage in cups and unless they have a sigh that they don't take bills larger than 20 she should've taken my 100 dollar bill. She just wanted to be rude for no reason. I went to another Starbucks they took my money and gladly gave me a venti cup of ice. They also stated there was no cup shortage.

I forgot to get her name but I’ve never had a refresher before and one of the baristas recommended the mango dragon fruit refresher with lemonade and I added 3 pumps of liquid came. It was so good ! When I see her I will make sure to thank her! I found my new favorite drink! ??

Been there 3 times and they advertise sumatra as being brewed but its a lie all they have is pike brewed i think the male dude working day shift is too lazy to brew and has false advertisement

I ordered the largest possible cappuccino... The cup was half empty.Tables need some treatment, surfaces look 100 years old.Going through the door triggers a horrible sound/fan... Why?

My friend Barbara P. And I had a venti cup of coffee each, and after we seat for about 45 minutes chatting, she left to attend business, I went inside to get a refill, and I ordered a ice green tea for my refill, this Black lady said sorry you had to buy this coffee at the store, and I said we bought it here, I said my friend who just left bought it for me and I have my app to get the refill paid for, ( I have been a gold member since the program started back in 2003-2007 I don’t remember when exactly, but it’s been a long time) so I told the cashier Miss I never been told that before when I get my refills, I actually just say I am doing a refill and I been told what would you like for your refill, and what size do I want. This lady made me feel embarrassed which it is hard for someone to make me feel this way, specially if I am wearing my Armani suit and Gucci tie ?? and my Magnani shoes lol! Just kidding, but honestly this lady does not represent Starbucks for what is known for, going forward with the review, I said you know what forget it, let me just have a cup of water, and she said ice or no ice, dang that was the only nice part I heard from her. So 1 ⭐️ maybe 2 ⭐️ cuz she said ice or, no ice ??, I believe this issue can be corrected, give this lady some proper training about customer service, I bet next time if I ever come back to this location I may have a more pleasant experience, but not today….oh by the way so that you don’t think I’m kidding I will place a pic of my shoes just for the record.
