Today’ is June 18th & I have been in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and was not able to move due to me being blocked in . SHORT STAFF is beyond insane because I called the number listed on page a worker was able to pick up on second ring . SMH 🤦🏽♀️ need to do better with customer service

Good replacement is 4000 W Century Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90304. Amazing customer service, way cleaner environment and no discrimination.
Also To add to my last review. The shift manager (big guy in second pic) allowed and awarded his (first photo bad attitude) bad behavior by not coming to the window to apologize or anything and letting me sit there while they all walked away. Clearly wanting me to be a stereotype and make an issue but Ieft and found way better. Bye they earned a $5 tip 💕. But as for this location on Crenshaw !!, I will never spend my money at this anti black trans Starbucks again 💔

The really sweet lady with the beautiful vitiligo had amazing customer service. I'm sorry I don't remember her name which is ironic because she was great at pronouncing all different types of customers names.
You don't realize how comfortable and cheerful someone can make your day just by being considerate, pleasant and pronouncing your name correctly. She even made sure it was correct most people don't care at all.
She definitely made my day. I really appreciate her professionalism and great customer service/people skills.
The food was ok but the reason people will definitely come back is due to her customer service she delivered exceptional customer service with a upbeat demeanor. If she's not the manager or the training manager she should be.

Just fyi no public bathroom pretty busy there though
Google shows store temporarily closed, but it's actually opened. I ordered 5 drinks, one of the staff put in 4 drinks and missed the fifth one. Probably due to the loud music, she couldn't hear me, however the service is still great as I got my fifth drink.

I usually go on Saturday night and my drinks are always well prepared. It usually doesn’t take a long time either! The guy with the durag cap and curly hair always does my drinks and they always turn out amazing!

Walked in an no greeting. Very rude customer service. I asked about chairs they told me they haven’t had chairs for few years. I asked if I can use restroom he said they don’t have restroom. Very rude and unprofessional.
