Horrible customer service from Brian. Didn’t know that Subway will now dictate how much veggies you can have on a sandwich. And if it’s an issue there should be a system to charge for extra veggies. I was told they had to portion control after asking for extra onions. And this is after I was already paying for extra meat. It’s ridiculous and NO other ‘build your own’ food place would act like that.

I went there today to get a halph sub combo the manager ofiliea was rushing me I get it she was doing a Uber eats I rather her finish the Uber eats then to rush my order I asked for it to be toasted I guess she didn't put a timer on the oven my bread was awful so hard just wrong I couldn't even eat it worst customer service coming from a manager just felt like it was a waste of money just awful I won't be buying from that store again bad management

I was having a medical emergency and asked to buy a packet of mustard. And the person asked if she could sell it and the manager said no. She said but she can buy it. The lady gave no care to my distress and said no. I have an impaired esophagus and it give me really bad chest pains. And the mustard seed helps if I’m not close to meds. Wow.

Ordered on line, first time. Wasn't sure I wanted to, but thought I would try because that was the only way to get buy one get one free. To my surprise the meat was fresh tasting and also the veggies. I had not been here in a long time because the last time I purchased a sandwich the meat was not fresh. Hopefully, they continue to have fresh food. The minority neighborhoods get the old food leftover from other neighborhoods. But with the new sports arenas I'm sure the food will be better.

The lady prepping our order was either zoned out or it looked like she might've been high. We told her 3-4 times we wanted it toasted and she instead acted like she didn't hear us. How is that acceptable for a employee here? I demand she either get fired or subway drug test her as she looked high. Staying TF away from here.

Sandwiches is okay, but the service has gone a little slow. I’m not sure what’s wrong with the in-stock, they never have soup available, and when they do they have to microwave it and it comes out chunky.Soda machine is always “broken”, the sodas taste straight out flat. I have to go to another location, might be a little farther but I’m okay with that.
I went there in the morning to get me a sandwich and the lady (her name is Karla) you can clearly see she hates her job and her life, very bad customer service and she was very upset. Posdata: in you hate your job just quit you don't need to be in that job. Be Happy. ✌️

Worst place to get a sub at... the ladies here are talking nonstop about other things other than work related, more personal. Critiziing the customer that just left and the Manger. A customer came in for an online order pick up and was waiting the same amount of time for us to get our subs. On top of that, we received over baked subs.
