Ordered on line, first time. Wasn't sure I wanted to, but thought I would try because that was the only way to get buy one get one free. To my surprise the meat was fresh tasting and also the veggies. I had not been here in a long time because the last time I purchased a sandwich the meat was not fresh. Hopefully, they continue to have fresh food. The minority neighborhoods get the old food leftover from other neighborhoods. But with the new sports arenas I'm sure the food will be better.

The lady prepping our order was either zoned out or it looked like she might've been high. We told her 3-4 times we wanted it toasted and she instead acted like she didn't hear us. How is that acceptable for a employee here? I demand she either get fired or subway drug test her as she looked high. Staying TF away from here.

Sandwiches is okay, but the service has gone a little slow. I’m not sure what’s wrong with the in-stock, they never have soup available, and when they do they have to microwave it and it comes out chunky.Soda machine is always “broken”, the sodas taste straight out flat. I have to go to another location, might be a little farther but I’m okay with that.

I went there in the morning to get me a sandwich and the lady (her name is Karla) you can clearly see she hates her job and her life, very bad customer service and she was very upset. Posdata: in you hate your job just quit you don't need to be in that job. Be Happy. ✌️

Worst place to get a sub at... the ladies here are talking nonstop about other things other than work related, more personal. Critiziing the customer that just left and the Manger. A customer came in for an online order pick up and was waiting the same amount of time for us to get our subs. On top of that, we received over baked subs.

Very bad experience for me will not recommend to return here the manager needs to b more on top of health care of the restaurant than having fun and smoking outback employees are not very nice very rude slamming doors and other things not people friendly at all doesn’t make others feel welcomed because their very mean when coming inside feeling like everyone hates to be their just bad environment dirty bathroom employees was talking to each other more than the customers just not very reliable or respectful people

The worst subway I’ve been to, I don’t know if nobody train the guys in there, but man they took forever, we arrived as second in the line after half hour waiting we finally got out, can you imagine the last one in the line?

It is 1136 I came here to get a turkey sandwich the girl tells me that they have not cut none yet not that they don't have any in stock or they don't have none at all they haven't cut none yet again it was 11:36 just keep in mind this location opens at 7am I then asked for a sandwich that has pepperoni she told me they didn't cut that either it looks like management needs to fire and rehire new people
