I came into this Subway because I was in the mood for something fresh and quick. The food itself was great — everything tasted good, my sandwich was made right, and the ingredients seemed fresh. So no complaints there.
But what completely ruined the experience for me was the restroom situation. After I made my purchase and sat down to eat, I asked if I could use the restroom and was told it wasn’t available. They had a sign that said “No Public Restroom,” which I found really unwelcoming — especially for paying customers.
I understand if restrooms are closed to the general public, but once someone has bought food, it shouldn’t be too much to ask for access. It just felt like they were more focused on rules than on treating customers with respect and care.
Having a sign like that inside a restaurant where people eat and drink isn’t very appealing. It gives the impression that they don’t care much about the customer’s overall experience. It made the whole visit feel inconvenient and uncomfortable, and honestly, I probably won’t be coming back to this location.
Restaurants need to remember that customer service doesn’t stop at the register.

I had the honor of being served by 6420. Pardon me I forgot her name 🤦🏾. She was excellent. She has great people skills, great multitasking skills and this is our second time going to this location and she’s always taken our order with promptness, efficient and a thank you. Hope to see you soon

Not the best experience ever, I got a coupon code which I asked the sandwich prepping person if I could use at the restaurant and she said yes I could use it, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered a sandwich, then at the time of check out the restaurant manager told me I had to pay full price because it was an app coupon, in reality really bad communication between employees and at the end I ended up paying full price for it because I was in a rush and very hungry at the time, it was upsetting, I live in the neighborhood but defenely I'm not coming back. look elsewhere for better food people, it was over $15 sandwich, ridiculous.

Esther gave the best service she was the best.She welcomed me right away and her customer service was even better. I had to write a survey because she made my trip different than all the other times i’ve visited. Definitely going back to see my new favorite worker.

The employees here work super hard to handle the lunch rush every day, so props to them. However, this location somehow always manages to be out of several veggies, which sucks when they've already made half the sandwich and then you realize that all you can put on it is some lettuce. How hard is it to stay properly stocked? The owner here needs to get it together, and maybe actually show up now and again.

Horrible experience I ask for a sandwich lady in the front supper rude . I did not respond back to her . I did ask a different employee to help out .
