Esther gave the best service she was the best.She welcomed me right away and her customer service was even better. I had to write a survey because she made my trip different than all the other times i’ve visited. Definitely going back to see my new favorite worker.

The employees here work super hard to handle the lunch rush every day, so props to them. However, this location somehow always manages to be out of several veggies, which sucks when they've already made half the sandwich and then you realize that all you can put on it is some lettuce. How hard is it to stay properly stocked? The owner here needs to get it together, and maybe actually show up now and again.

Unfortunately this is the closest subway to my job, and they are consistently not awesome. There is only ever 2 people in the building and they are unfortunately completely swamped with customers at all times. The subs are fine and delicious but it takes 45 min to get them because 2 people are expected to deal with the lunch rush AND online orders. It's not a reasonable expectation and most negative experiences seem to be a direct result of the lack of staffing. Completely infuriating 100% of the time, but these poor ladies are only as good as the resources they've been provided. Get them some effing help.

Omg when I tell you, this place is fire, yk this place is fire. I love their Tuna and Steak and Cheese sandwiches. Tuna sandwich 100% wild caught tuna blended with creamy mayo then topped with your choice of crisp, fresh veggies and the Steak and Cheese is where warm, delicious steak gets topped with melty cheesiness. Get crazy with veggies and sauces to make it what I want it.

The experience was pretty good! A side from the moldy tomato, it was great! They remade my sandwich after realizing the problem, but I am unaware if they ever threw out those tomatoes so i gave it one star less.
Customer service is lacking. The server NOT ONCE looked at me while making my order. So I had no clue, she was actually asking ME what i wanted on my protein bowl. Because she was looking at her coworker. (Strike1)Then the coworker finalized my order. Charged me $12 for what shouldve been the same cost if I ordered a sandwich. I HANDED him my money, i held my HAND out, he proceeds to set my change on the top of the register, next to my HAND. (Strike 2)Then does not, hand me the bag with my order, the customer behind me had to tell me , its sitting on the side of the register (Strike 3).
