Tacos always come crumbled up here, some of the workers dont even wash hands when leaving the restroom. I entered a restroom as a worker was leaving. When I entered the bathroom the sink was more dry than a desert. I washed my hands and noticed the difference of what the sink SHOULD have looked like after washing

The worst taco bell I've ever been to. They are always out of items. This location has messed up my order every time. I just paid 40 dollars and HALF of my order is missing. They won't answer the phone. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

just ordered a Mexican pizza combo through the app around 1130pm PST. I went through drive thru, received order, then drove home. When I got home, my Mexican pizza was undercooked, cheese not even close to being melted and my 2 soft taco supreme were basically vegetarian, there was no meat, the Mexican pizza almost had no meat as well. I've ordered these items many times, so I'm not being picky. Whoever prepared these items must've been almost out of meat and maybe making more that wasn't ready yet or something. I am so upset I can't explain. I attempted to call twice but no answer. Whoever prepared the food this way is an evil lazy person that doesn't understand that the customer is the source for their paycheck. People spend their money just to be disrespected and disregarded by a lazy loser employee. I will immediately do a chargeback if order not refunded. I'm never going to that taco bell ever again. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They would actually get a negative number like -5 stars
The service of this location has gotten worse and worse in the last year. It used to be excellent at some point. There's this lady manager {don't know her name} that has a face expression that looks like she hates being there. Unsure if they get overworked and not much pay, but the energy isn't there anymore.

The steak burrito is not like it used to be! Barely a small flower tortilla and 3 chunks of meat. Back in the days, the burrito had to hold it w two hands and lots of meat.

This location is always nasty wither doordash, uber eats, or even drive thru. Customer Service they always feel overwhelmed with three cars in a line. We get you have a time to get the food order out but be more polite with customers. Without them, the business will not last. Think before you say anything rude to customers.
