They told us we could only order on the kiosk. We waited 45 mins for food and watched people come in after us who ordered way more food leave before us. Then they told us they never got our order off of THEIR kiosk they told us to order from. Even for a KFC this was bad service

I’m giving it 2 stars because the drive through was really quick and the guy was extremely nice. The food sucks. The most strangest Taco Bell food I have ever eaten. I ate about 2 bites but then I had to throw it away. I would have drove back to get a refund if I didn’t feel like I could have been robbed in the neighborhood.

I love Taco Bell, the food is very good and the staff is very attentive and efficient, the place is a bit dirty, floor and tables ?, I HATE that it didn't have a sign the same size as the KFC one, I had to walk around to find it
