Possibly the finest latte I've had. I tried their strong and mild strength on the hot spanish latte (I had to have two, it was just that good) and their tuna sandwich. You can ask for a whole or half of the sandwich but I believe both come with a salad. My friend asked for a matcha and a hazelnut chocolate cake. The matcha was bright green and of great quality, I even bought a pack of tea to take home. We both agree that everything we tried is a 10/10 all staff was kind and smiley, sometimes going out of their way to meet customer requests, like finding an outlet to plug my phone into or bringing a matcha paquet from the back despite the big line behind me 😅 Overall I recomend it, hope that helps!

Good Morning , i would like to share the experience i have had with this Urth Caffe South Bay , it is the best in customer service the rest food atmosphere is everywhere great. but THIS in particular is the best of all of them and Believe me i have been to all of them. But this is my favorite .
why? the care of the employees towards his customers is amazing they go the extra mile to make you not even move from your chair as it is excellent
I would like to point out 2 people in particular the manager Adrian C was excellent he approached our table we wanted to order more but he said do not get up i will bring you the order just provide your card . He bought for us instead of us going back again to the line . how amazing is that!
then Victor from this URTH is also another amazing customer service experience. Although there is an URTH cafe in beverly hills on beverly drive and gregory way roung around the corner from where i live . I highly recommend this one in Hawthorne way better customer service and everything they pay attention to every movement customers do since they walk in constantly helping customers AMAZING

Great food. Ambiance is okay as it’s in the middle of an industrial park. Overall good experience.

Visiting my friend in Redondo beach, this was our go to breakfast! A very extensive menu and delicious lattes. The açaí for me was a personal favorite and go to.

Overpriced and overhyped. The food is mediocre, the pastries are the real star of the show

First time coming to Urth Caffe and my experience was extremely excellent 👌 customer service was extremely helpful and friendly and the servers as well. The place is beautiful, I love the high ceilings and the rustic bricks. Out food was delicious 😋 got to try the banana nut oatmeal and the white corn pancakes. Fir drinks I enjoyed the Italian Cappuccino, I highly recommend 👌 almost forgot we also got the pumpkin cheesecake 😋 if you are a pumpkin, cheesecake lover you need to definitely try it.

I have always loved the food and servu e at Urth Cafe. I frequent the one in the City of Orange. This time I thought of checking out the Inglewood branch. It was quite difficult to find as it was along an industrial area. The part I didnt like most was there was valet parking for $5. I went with my elderly who was handicapped and yet I was made to drop her off closer to the fro t entrance and drive back to get the valet attendant to park my car close to the place. I wonder if the handicap parking slots were really used for handicap parking because these spaces were taken when we got there. Besides, we had no choice but use the valet parking service. The valet attendant was just doing his job but he didnt drive my car carefully. He parked it in reverse and hit the parking block

Terrible service and horrendous Matcha. Barista untrained. Bad coffee & matcha.False advertising. 20 minute wait and rude management from Theodoro. Asked for my money back . Waste of time & hard earned money+ they could not care less.

Just an average brunch experience. The bread was so hard that it was really difficult to chew and swallow, and the juice had a strange taste that wasn’t to our liking. Overall, quite disappointing.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Urth Caffe.
We visited the South Bay location for brunch, expecting a nice café experience. They roast their own coffee beans, and the pastries looked great. However, the service was extremely poor.
Customers are required to use valet parking, even though there are plenty of spaces nearby. Inside, you have to order at the counter even for dine-in, which makes the process confusing.
After ordering, we waited over 45 minutes for our food, while others who arrived later were served first. There were no servers checking tables, and no updates or apologies. I had to ask a staff member, and was told “the eggs aren’t ready yet.”
When the food finally arrived, it was already cold and stale, clearly sitting out for a long time. No apology or explanation was given.
For a place with this reputation and price point, the service quality at this location was unacceptable.
I hope management seriously reviews their workflow and staff training — this experience was far below what customers expect from Urth Caffe.
Adrian, the manager at this location, is unprofessional and argumentative with customers. I ordered a pumpkin chai latte, which shows online as a hot drink (see photo). However, I received an iced drink with boba. Apparently, Adrian may have been the one who made my order. When he handed me the drinks, I confirmed with him that they were mine, and he said yes. I only asked because I was surprised to see an iced drink with boba. When I asked my boyfriend, he told me he had ordered a hot drink pumpkin latte. I called to request a refund, but Adrian insisted that the iced drink was what I ordered and refused to take accountability. The pumpkin spiced latte does not mention that it’s iced or has boba.. It’s disappointing that he chose to argue over an $8 mistake instead of simply fixing the issue.
This type of attitude should be addressed asap.
Can't even get a free spot to park and enjoy your coffee👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Some cafes just miss the mark.
