Customer services here is bad the person that work here that were the mask was very disrespectful to the metro ambassador that come for service she came out asking me to clean the bath room when other people came out that was very races of her to do that and single pick some one out we got into it and she need to be fired pepole from metro bus company will never come her to eat again please do something about her working there she will be reported time is 6 :00 pm

1/7/2024 = 3 Star = 1st time here , the only missing star is there is a sign in the bathroom door ( only paying costumer only ) food is good .

Here to make a complaint about there restroom. I went in to eat, went to the restroom and DUDE its had some strong bleach smell every time I took a breath in my nose and lungs felt like I inhaled cold fire went in cold and burned a little. I told the lady at the register whos worked there for YEARS and she shrugged here shoulders like it is what it is... I have never gone into a restroom with such a strong smell of bleach AND I'm Mexican our Latina moms and grandmas clean with bleach all the time so what ever Waikiki had in there bathroom was deadly. Anyone with a need would of exploited that bathroom for the wrong reason and maybe win a legal battle. Just needed one opportunistic person.

I was VERY disappointed with the service.....the young lady answering the phone was completely Rude to me and hung up in my face when I called and asked her how she was doing .....this wasn't the first time it has happen with this particular person and she seems to have a attitude problem....she was there in the morning here on Tuesday Dec 17.....I decided im not coming back to this establishment when you hire ppl like this....I refuse to spend any more money here ‼️💯

I would like to share a unfortunate racist experience i had here . My mom simply asked the older asian woman with the long artificial eyelashes and extremely long nails a question and she responded terribly. She truly made us feel uncomfortable. Her attitude is absolutely disgusting. Her nails are also way to long to be working with food , definitely unsanitary. I will not be returning! The food was also not worth the price .

Food was mediocre - low quality meat. Macaroni salad lacked flavor and the rice was chalky.
The woman working was not friendly at all. The places smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals and their bathroom was gross. Won’t be back
