Dude employees. Never had a bad experience except for this location. I been using the app for over a year now and the lady said my coupon on the app doesn’t work when I order a biggie bag if I pay in cash but if I order on the app it works

I had a great experience at Wendy’s, even as someone who doesn’t eat beef! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo, and it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

The fries were hot and crispy, and my salad was fresh and full of flavor with plenty of toppings.

I appreciate that Wendy’s offers a variety of options beyond just burgers, so there’s something for everyone. The service was friendly and fast, and the dining area was clean and comfortable.

Ordered via Uber and was happy with how they packaged everything. It was secure and got extra ketchup packets on the bag.

Wendy's IMO has better burgers among the fastfood restaurants and the Dave's burger from here was juicy and tasty, consistent with the other Wendy's I went to.

I've been coming here for awhile, this was the first time I didn't feel like the manager 😕 understood what I was trying to say about how the two classic chickens that we ordered one of them was supposed to be spicy 🥵. The problem was they didn't mark which one was spicy 🥵. After I ate mine I told him it wasn't very spicy and to try his when he did some oil or something shut out of it and burned the inside of his mouth. So apparently he got the spicy one when I told them this they said since he ate two or three bites they will not replace it. All I wanted to tell them is they should Mark the special ones so people will know which one is which. I understand they get busy but it just seemed like when I brought this up to the manager's attention. He looks like I was just trying to get something for free. I think the manager should take a little bit more time and listen to what the customers are really saying before they make snap judgments.🙁 I know there are people out there that are just trying to get things for free. But that doesn't mean you have to throw all your customer service right out the window. Try to do better please 🙏

Okay truth be told they were quick very quick but they need to see what's up with those nuggets somethings not right or there not cooking them properly. The biggie bag bacon burger was eh the bacon sucked. The food needs to be checked or tell the cook to relax because what the heck my bacon shouldn't be hard to bite into.

The Managet was taking orders and was very rude and stinger about Blue Cheese sauce. Said i would be charged 1$ per packet unless i was getting it with different “saucy” nuggets. I was getting nuggets and this is the first store to ever try and up charge me so much for a sauce ever….

She was curt and not kind to the point of being rude. Never have i felt power tripped on so hard at a wendy’s. Most are cool and nice people this manager on the 12:30pm Saturday shift needs to become a different thing because power is her desire not service.
