Visited this location yesterday ordered +$50.00 worth of food.... asked for ranch & was given only 1 ranch for 4 meals!!!Asked for more at the window & was charged by FREDMAN or LEONEL .25 cent per ranch. I do NOT see a limit RULE illustrating such.MADNESSS! DO BETTER!& Stop catching an attitude when customers are asking for services your job entails.
Manager or Assistant manager would not let me use a coupon even though I've used it before. Also, they did not give me my receipt probably so they can do the survey to get the code. Not going back anytime soon.

I ordered a chili and chicken nuggets, I requested a new fresh fried hot order of nuggets got to second window they gave me nuggets to fast so as I drove away from window I tried a nugget they were just room temperature so I turn back into drive thru explained what just happened so they apologized and I was told I would get a hot order, so I got what I thought was a hot order of nuggets my bag was so hot got home open up bag and it was a hot order of fries, I was so mad and the only reason I didn't go back is because it's raining to hard right now but I will return tomorrow with receipt in hand and I will go inside and get my money back

On 2-29-24 The manager needs to be trained in customer service ASAP. The gentleman working the drive-thru window had excellent customer service the manager was very rude and unreasonable she was not listening to what the customer was saying nor her employee.

The driest Wendy's burger I Have ever had in my life, I had come here a couple months back late night and the burger was dry then but I gave them some slack and thought maybe it was because it was late but then I go again today with my mom and was served the driest patties known to man can't even finish the burger, I'd stay away from this particular Wendy's if you like your burgers juicy. Disappointed .
