These people need to move with the sense of urgency! Just because there’s one person in the front and the rest of the people are in the back messing around and not wanting to help or saying i don’t know or wait is not the customer service I’m looking forward too specially if I paid 50 dollars for it ! Management needs to set up their game here

There's a TV watch to watch a sports event. Was getting root canal next morning ...figured my last chewing for awhile.. Friendly and helpful customer service and good customers who do dine there.. Just wish they sold beer or wine spritzer in a glass case, kinda like at Rubio's!! Wings are the Bomb though! Luv the garlic parmesan and the lemon pepper. Will have to try their fried Cajun corn soon! Fries are yummy to gorge into. Clean bathrooms too!
The size of the wings are plump and not scrawny spring chickens. Don't bring your vegetarian friends here. 😄

Order them through Uber eats. Ordered from them at 12:26am. 7 piece tenders, they didn't finish my order until 1:05am. First driver waited so long, they had to get another driver. Zero communication, after I contacted them about the order.

My past 3 mobile orders have been messed up and the staff argues with me and gives me attitude before eventually helping me fix it. Today it was insisting the boneless meal deal actually doesn’t come with fries… didnt even bother to look at my receipt before telling me that.

Today earlier I had a good time with my friends and we wanted to get some Wings here in Hawthorne since it was near by. We go ahead and order the wings and fries everything was set and waited for the food. They called Me and grabbed my food and headed out until I check my order I ONLY GOT MY FRIES BUT NO WINGS ?. I had to go back inside and told the Cashier excuse me why do I only have fries but no wings and go ahead telling me that you only wanted fries and I really didn't want to pay again . Cashier was telling me I can get your wings ready and be ready in a couple of minutes and I said you know what Just give me my money back you can take this and I want my money back and my dad goes ahead and tells him I would like to speak the manager. Manager see's what happened and the Cashier talking to him and he was like you only fries and I'm like just give me my money back and they did and never again ordering Wingstop ??♀️.

Probably worst wingstop I’ve been to. Wings were small and super dry not to mention full of feathers. The tenders was also dry not juicy at all. Fries were cold and unseasoned too.

Ordered off door dash and received warm fries and didn't receive my ranch either that I was charged almost $3 for! The cheese fries have barley have any cheese on them and taste like they have been sitting forever!
