Terrible Customer Service. Took a whole hour to get an order out

Today earlier I had a good time with my friends and we wanted to get some Wings here in Hawthorne since it was near by. We go ahead and order the wings and fries everything was set and waited for the food. They called Me and grabbed my food and headed out until I check my order I ONLY GOT MY FRIES BUT NO WINGS ?. I had to go back inside and told the Cashier excuse me why do I only have fries but no wings and go ahead telling me that you only wanted fries and I really didn't want to pay again . Cashier was telling me I can get your wings ready and be ready in a couple of minutes and I said you know what Just give me my money back you can take this and I want my money back and my dad goes ahead and tells him I would like to speak the manager. Manager see's what happened and the Cashier talking to him and he was like you only fries and I'm like just give me my money back and they did and never again ordering Wingstop ??♀️.

Probably worst wingstop I’ve been to. Wings were small and super dry not to mention full of feathers. The tenders was also dry not juicy at all. Fries were cold and unseasoned too.

Ordered off door dash and received warm fries and didn't receive my ranch either that I was charged almost $3 for! The cheese fries have barley have any cheese on them and taste like they have been sitting forever!

??FYI…GARLIC PARMESAN WINGS are a combination of MINCED GARLIC IN ITS NATURAL JUICES ALONG WITH BUTTER AND GRATED PARMESAN COMBINED THEN THE WINGS GET TOSSED IN THE MIXTURE ! This location can’t seem to get it right they serve up GUMMY half done wings even when you request them well done……either they’re undercooked OR they’re hard!!! So the wings are swimming in butter no seasoning no minced garlic then they sprinkle a TON of powdered Parmesan in excess over the wings.
So the end result you’re left with is half done gummy wings soggy from butter with NO SEASONING and dry Parmesan cheese on them ?!!! In the past week for 3 orders I spent over $130 on wings and could only enjoy the wings the manager with the Blonde hair cooked!!! They have babies frying chicken who most likely can’t even cook so they’re putting ALL customers health at risk by serving undercooked bloodied chicken!
IF you tell them you want them well done it’s like they don’t understand what that means…..UH COOK THE MEAT SO ITS NOT BLOODY INSIDE AND CRISPY ON THE OUTSIDE AND FOLLOW WINGSTOPS RECIPE FOR GARLIC PARM WINGS!!!!! This food is very EXPENSIVE we don’t pay for the staff to get an attitude because it’s a MTO food ?when you let them know the food is trash oddly they get mad at the customer!!!!! DO BETTER! or quit!!!!!

I didn’t check my food before leaving as it as a to go order and I was on a time crunch. Wingstop please don’t do me with fries like this again. These are almost crumbs

The fries were disgusting and multiple black old undercooked fries in there which ruined my food because i couldn’t eat what i paid for. I requested a refund and the supposed manager JAMIA brushed me off and said that’s how the fries are, when i’ve never gotten fries like that. JAMIA the supposed manager said she was going to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave and refused to even give me new fries. She’s lucky I didn’t make a mess of those fries in her “store”.

I do not recommend eating at this place and I think it should be reported to health, because the potatoes are moldy and also the chicken comes full of fat and also uncooked. The manager yesterday is very aggressive, she went from being the face of that place to unreasonable behavior and vulgar words, adding that she refused to refund the money, it is not the first time that events like this have happened in this place. We ordered Louisiana flavor and cheese garlic meal with fries and drink, the Louisiana and fries is very very salty I called and the guy who answered said they cant do anything about it ! I wanted to return to the store and show them let them taste it if they can eat it but he said no thank you so I asked for the manager and he put me on hold for a long time i thought nobody will answer anymore, when suddenly a woman picked up and in her pissed voice ask what is there a problem so I explained and thought as a manager she has the manners to think as a manager but nope she said they cant do anything about it, all i want is for them to changed that Louisiana flavor into any other flavor but she denied and doesnt care if costumers wasted money and didnt get to eat! dont buy here anymore my first time and my last! I used to buy at another branch that have nice service
Dietary restrictions: They should make it less salty specifically its not healthy and how can elders or with health issues people or on a strict diet if its like your eating a bag of salt

I’ve ordered here plenty of times and the wings are always good. However, today I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the wings. I ordered hot honey rub wings and they barely had any seasoning. They tasted more like plain wings than any hot honey rub. I also ordered BBQ wings and they weren’t even covered in the sauce. The fries as well were cut way too thick.
