This Wingstop is very bad, also has bad service. One because I called the place at 8:20 and they said it would be ready at 8:40 but when I got there the man told me it was not ready. After I waited More then half an hour so I take more than one hour to get my wings

Wings are good but there was only 1 cashier. There should’ve at least been 2 lines (1) for the wings placed with an online order and ready to be payed for and picked and (2) for the wings that needed to be ordered at the store and payed for. They need to staff more people so they don’t stress their own workers in which then the customers get stressed. Probably not gonna order at this location anymore and hopefully the staff gets the support they need.

I went to pick up my order and kindly asked cashier Jamia to assist me with the code to the bathroom. She continued finishing the orders she was working on so I asked someone else and she told them to NOT help me because she would and then again continued to do what she was doing. I found her to be extremely disrespectful and unpleasant. I have been waiting for over 40 minutes and my order is still not ready and she has not given me the code to use the restroom another employ had to discreetly help me out. I don’t understand why she just didn’t let someone else help but she is clearly miserable and wants others to be miserable as well. No thank you not coming here again.
It really busy, and they ignore you until you complain to the manager. I ordered online and still had to wait an hour and thirty minutes because they said people who eat in the store come first, which is unfair, so just go to
