Yoshinoya Rosecrans & Prairie

I havent to been to this Yoshinoya in a while. They've remodeled, the food was good, but even more so, the customer service was on point. Penny and her staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I will be back for sure!!

Gave me extra veg I never ordered instead of less meat that goes with in the order I ordered seems more and more restaurants doing it thinking I won't complain or notice. I get it inflation how bout be honest.

I moved to this area 8 months ago and one in a while I get yoshinoya at this location. This is my second time getting it in last two months and while I haven’t had issues in the beginning - the last two visits I order the most basic thing (large beef bowl and 2 eggrolls) the eggrolls are cheap so I can’t really complain about the quality on those, but the beef bowls they clearly make shortcuts on the orders. Last two times my “large” beef bowls have been missing standard portions on meat and they over compensate on rice. I’ve grown up on yoshinoya and never had this issue except when I started visiting this location. The first time I got a messed up order I let it go but this is now consistently low in quality and looks intentional. I also tipped $3. Also, meat here looks different compared to other locations I’ve ever visited.

Simple is best, wanted something simple for dinner since been eating out extensively during this la trip. Its been years since ive had an orginal beef bowl from Yoshinoya, so decided to go here since it was closeby.

Ordered two beef bowls and a side order of beef just on case we needed more. Asked for the togarashi pepper packs and the red ginger packs since its a must👍

Cashier and service was great. Food came out fast, dined in since wanted the food hot. Food was on point, the beef was tender and taste was just as i remembered. 4 stars🤙

You would imagine because they have no drive-thru that they would be faster The food would be fresher The people would be more customer service oriented because they're not stressed out from the drive through but it's not that at all it's what you would expect from a fast food busy you know angry non-enthusiastic employees it's crazy I guess that's fast food today doesn't matter where you go this place always messes up and corporate and management doesn't care I would not recommend wasting your time and money here I've spent thousands of dollars here and it's a shame

I had a Unique express visit. I ordered my food and in less than 2 minutes I walked out with my Food, and most importantly it was well cooked and Hot.

I love coming here, everyone is super friendly and they actually give a good amount of veggies when you do not get rice. Ms. Penny, she is such a beautiful soul, always so happy and makes you feel at home, she is amazing!
