You would imagine because they have no drive-thru that they would be faster The food would be fresher The people would be more customer service oriented because they're not stressed out from the drive through but it's not that at all it's what you would expect from a fast food busy you know angry non-enthusiastic employees it's crazy I guess that's fast food today doesn't matter where you go this place always messes up and corporate and management doesn't care I would not recommend wasting your time and money here I've spent thousands of dollars here and it's a shame

I had a Unique express visit. I ordered my food and in less than 2 minutes I walked out with my Food, and most importantly it was well cooked and Hot.

I love coming here, everyone is super friendly and they actually give a good amount of veggies when you do not get rice. Ms. Penny, she is such a beautiful soul, always so happy and makes you feel at home, she is amazing!

My order took over 20min today and I only order 2 bowls ??? Line was long and they had 2 cooks back there. What's going on ????

I was there sat. Night around 9-10pm and when I arrived a tall thin dark skinned guy that has a suave personality had just stepped outside to smoke so he had to cut his smoke break short to come n take my order, he is also the same person that made my food in the back and he literally soaked my whole plate in the habanero sauce that comes with the chicken. .ade it almost into a habanero soup. I guess that's what I get for cutting his smoke break short. Smh
