Bridget was a great host, described the wines carefully and we had a great conversation with her, would visit Amphora again.

This crew rocks- they are some of the most genuine, talented and fun folks making wine in the state. Rick LITERALLY has never met a grape he can’t turn into nectar!

I had an incredible wine-tasting experience at Amphora! The owner and staff are warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and have a great sense of humor, making the visit even more enjoyable. They kicked off the tasting with a lovely welcome reception, starting with a glass of elegant rosé that set the perfect tone. The wines are absolutely delicious, and they pour generously. They also offer tasty snacks—like local cheese, nuts, and crackers—that perfectly complement their wines. If you have the chance, don’t miss their annual barrel tasting event—it’s a rare opportunity to sample wines straight from the barrel as well as those aged in bottles for 7 different wines, making for an exceptional bonus tasting experience. And to top it all off, their winery dog, Birdy, is the sweetest, smartest, and friendliest companion you could ask for during your visit!

If your idea of a fun time is listening to the owners' right-wing political opinions while sitting on terribly uncomfortable chairs, this is your place.

Amazing wines and a fabulous experience. Went with a group of four and no one had a wine they didn't like. Everyone enjoyed each variety and had a hard time identifying the best of the best. They were all delicious. We also loved the service provided by Bridget. We all enjoyed our time with her because she understands both wine and hospitality. Bridget was our favorite person on our weekend wine trail.

Was there last September and had a wonderful experience. I opened the Mourvedre this afternoon and it was like a breath a fresh air.The flavors and nose of this wine are absolutely amazing. With hints of sweetness and low tannins it is perfect on a cool spring dayHere's hoping I am able to visit again soon to enjoy the warmth of the wine and the winery. So glad I joined the club.

Two enthusiastic thumbs up! Rick, Bridget and Jim take pride in their wines and their hospitality. Rightfully so. Their wines rival or exceed anything from Napa and their warm authentic hospitality make Amphora a must-visit.

Over the top personal service (often by owner & winemaker Rick) and delicious wine. Unusual wines plus the standards. Invest in some futures here. Join the club! Think outside the bottle, and become part of the family!Super fun. Super nice.If you want average, the “usual” & boring... go somewhere else.

Rick knows how to work with old world grapes on western soil. Low alcohol, grapes shine like they should. Fruit is not over baring. Recommend to old world wine drinker and all that enjoy great wine.
