Day two, the line was massive, but these folks run their bar like a damn Formula 1 pit crew. Four people on bar, ripping through orders with precision and zero attitude. Lightning-fast workflow, clean shots, consistent temp. You can tell they actually give a damn.
Great staff, cool shop, and legitimately some of the best coffee in town. If you care about your caffeine the way sommeliers care about tannins, this place is your spot.

Look how light the matcha is. Matcha with no sweet should tatse like matcha. Not just the milk. I taste no matcha at all, maybe less milk and more matcha next time.

This was one f my favorite lunch and coffee spots, but they stopped serving any gluten free lunch options or breads so I can’t eat here anymore. Such a loss to no long be able to go here. Wish the servers had been more helpful. Very disappointing. Used to love their avocado toast.
