As a Sonoma County local, Davero is one of my favorite spots to bring friends. The setting is beautiful and welcoming... and the gardens, little cottage, outdoor willow room, and pigs are truly memorable. The staff are friendly and casual, yet seriously knowledgeable. I love that they offer well-known Italian varietals like Sangiovese and Barbera, but you get to explore little-known varietals as well (and don't miss their OLIVE OIL!) It’s just minutes from downtown Healdsburg, but feels like a hidden retreat. And on top of all of that - they are biodynamic and certified SLOW food. A one-of-a-kind tasting experience!

Visited DaVero Farm and Vineyard on the recommendation of a knowledgeable friend. Spent time there with Derek and Shannon who not only shared a wonderful flight of Italian varietals with us but also explained the concept of regenerative biodynamic farming and how it's implemented at DaVero creating not just a vineyard but a true living farm. The wines were accompanied by an assortment of goodies from the gardens including plums, figs, tomatoes and of course the estate-produced olive oils. We loved touring the beautiful pollinator gardens and visiting the pigs! All in all a wonderful experience that we highly recommend.

This is a beautiful vineyard, with lovely shaded areas to enjoy a relaxed and unhurried tasting experience. We were especially impressed with the artisan olive oil produced on the estate that has a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth flavor.

We booked a wine tour to celebrate a 30th birthday. It was one of the best tours we received throughout Napa and Sonoma. The grounds were amazing and felt homey. We were able to tour through the vineyards and walk through a garden with beautiful flowers and fruits that were still blooming. The wine was delicious but the olive oil was even better!
