That is their corned beef focaccia sandwich. OMG! Melt in your mouth corned beef, balanced perfectly with a healthy amount of sauerkraut and some American mustard. What a flavour bomb! 10/10! And their coffees are perfectly on point too!

Historic, delicious bakery in downtown Healdsburg overlooking the scenic square park. Lots of unique options, including a ganache cookie sandwich and vanilla bread pudding. I recommend the latter wholeheartedly. Friendly staff eager to help you find something tasty!

The best bakery in California ! All of their baked goods are fresh and tasty! Everything they bake is top of the line! You can taste the fresh ingredients they use. I recommend the baked bread and rolls as well!

Confessions of a Pastry Fiend: My Downfall (and Triumph) at the Downtown Bakery & Creamery Rain pattered outside, drumming a melody of comfort food cravings. Healdsburg Plaza beckoned, and nestled within its embrace, the Downtown Bakery & Creamery whispered sweet nothings (of pastry, naturally). We'd admired it from afar on past visits, but today, curiosity and rumbling stomachs took the lead. I, in my infinite wisdom (or perhaps denial), thought a biscotti with my chamomile tea sufficed. Pistachio and cherry, it promised, and oh, how it delivered! One bite and I was Alice tumbling down a delicious rabbit hole, compelled to sample every sugary wonder within reach. Macarons that sang opera in my mouth! Almond tarts that waltzed on my taste buds! I was a pastry puppet, strings controlled by the friendly lady at the counter, who, bless her soul, kept whispering, "Just one more..." But alas, even my bottomless pit of a stomach has limits (although, admittedly, those limits get blurry around macarons). I emerged victorious (mostly), vowing to return on a sunny day. Then, with a coffee in hand and a sugar-powered skip in my step, I'd conquer those park benches, one pastry sample at a time. Trust me, the crumbs tell a delicious tale. So, dear reader, if you find yourself in Healdsburg, heed my warning: the Downtown Bakery & Creamery is a siren song of butter and sugar. Resist at your peril (but don't say I didn't warn you!).

Superb coffee, pastries! Support small business. Didn't have time to try everything but was all fresh and hand baked.

Great selection of pastries, offering some unique flavors such as passionfruit and coconut. They were closing in 20 minutes, but gave us a warm greeting and encouraged us to take our time in selecting our desserts to go. Prices were good for the quality of the pastries.

I was around the area and wanted something good for breakfast, googled to go to some bakery that was apparently good near my wine pairing reservation but when I was around that area realized there was this other bakery with people coming in and out so I decided to give that one a try because it seemed more attractive and couldn’t be better, I am so pleased I did. The sandwich I ordered was amazing and gigantic my hot chocolate superb and the owner was super super nice up to the point we’re he even recommended some wineries to go visit. We started talking about me being from Peru and he happened to have lived there for two years hanging out with a friend who was developing a bakery in Peru. This bakery is amazing, I fully recommend it if you’re in the area, definitely the best in town, no wonder the business in Peru is so good as well. Here you can taste gourmet sandwiches and pastries out of this world. Hope to hear from you in Peru Ross!! Thx much for everything and BTW the wineries were amazing too, couldn’t be better!!

Chill out with some great home made ice cream. Hagen Daz doesn't do it like this!

We stopped in for late coffee and an early afternoon snack when we were in the area a couple of weeks ago. Our coffee and pastries were just wonderful and perfect in lieu of a big lunch. We were way to late for any breads, but it really didn't matter because our "Snack" was wonderful. I highly recommend this bakery.

We always start the morning of our annual wine trip here and it is always good. They have taken out their tables so there's only a small ledge to put your coffee and food but its still good coffee and pastries.
