These are incredible!! They make them fresh and warm in the back and we were blown away by how good they were. We were expecting some cold mediocre doughnuts and we were pleasantly surprised.

Great first experience at Dutch Donut and excited to have them in town! Very cool atmosphere. Love the made to order approach and interesting flavors. We got the vanilla bean (very good) and the pumpkin spice (amazing)! Will be back!

I was recommended by my buddy to try this spot..the donuts reminded him of his childhood. I went right as they were opening on a Sunday morning....first in line. The vibe and music was really nice along with the decorations....very cutesy (October themed). I ordered a macchiato while I waited. They unfortunately didn't have the apple fritter available..so I want to come back for that at some point. The ladies were nice as hell but the music was a little loud I couldn't hear well...music choice was on point tho. Got home and tried all of them. 1. Maple Bacon-so freaking good...I love when you can taste the bacon 9/10 2. Cinnamon Sugar..8/10 3. Pumpkin Glaze 7/10 a bit too much glaze ratio to donut but again you can taste the Pumpkin really well. 4. Salted Browned Butter...similar to cinnamon sugar IMO. 5. Beignets order of 3...very good..one was burnt a little bc it was pretty brown and crunchy but to me it was okie still. It would be dope if they filled those at some point with something but IDK if you do that to Beignets traditionally..we would go back for sure but they better have the apple fritter 🤪
Overall 3/5 a tad heavy on the glaze...maybe do some drizzled IMO and some were a bit more crunchy.

Donuts are creative and fun, they come out warm and are so good. The music in there is far too loud, and I’m young lol. It’s so loud you can’t hear the person next to you, and the songs are cringy 2010 songs, I would say that was the worst part of our experience. They also called our names, but we never heard so we sat there for way longer than we needed to waiting for our donuts. If the musics was turned down we probably would’ve heard our names been called and gotten our donuts hot instead of warm. Like honestly the music ruined the whole vibe for us. I would try them again.
I went on two separate occasions. Both were weekends. First time I ordered in person and got an amazing delicious donut entombed in chocolate. I waited several minutes in the store, I got to check out the super cool view of the folks making cutting and frying the dough. It added to the whole experience, very fun . I sat down to eat outside and enjoyed THE BEST donut of my life.
The second time was also a weekend. I ordered ahead once I got to the square. I got an alert that my donut was done in about a minute, this is different from my first experience as I waited several minutes in person at the store. What a sad and unfortunate experience.
On my first visit I went to Healdsburg for something else but had recently read about the grand opening, and thought it would be fun to stop. The second trip was a special trip because my initial encounter with Dutch door donuts was so amazing.
My low rating is related to the inconsistencies of the experience. That first donut was amazing. You might have an amazing experience. Or you might have a less than average experience.

Fresh donuts worth waiting for. Their donuts are made to order. A small selection but really good when you get them fresh. (Eat them fresh! I bought some extra for the next day. They some what lost their magic.)

Absolutely incredible donut shop! Every donut is fried fresh to order, and you can taste the difference in every bite. The flavors are outstanding—vanilla bean, cinnamon sugar, salted brown butter, plus seasonal apple and pumpkin that are perfect for fall. The coffee pairs perfectly too. Easily my new go-to spot for donuts and coffee while in town!
