We had such a blast at Finale Wines! Five stars all around.The wines were great (with some more uncommon wines like 2011 Pinot Noirs!), the space was lovely and intimate (you can literally touch the vines next to you), and our host Mike was so much fun. This was truly a gem and I am so glad we visited the place.

I am so glad we came across finale wines! It was by far mine and my boyfriends favorite winery from our entire weekend trip! Mike was amazing and such a blast! He was so passionate about the wines and he made everything so fun! The whole experience was thee absolute best, it felt like a private tasting and we were so spoiled. Mikes dog cazz made an appearance and he was such a cuddle bug! They had a great mixture of white and red wines which was great to have an option! We can't wait to come back and visit mike again!

I'm already a fan of the De La Montanya wines but if you like their wines AND Journey (as in the band), then you'll definitely love this place! Jonathan Cain partnered up with the De La Montanya family in creating another line of wines called Finale Wines. And let me tell you, these wines are amazing. I went to Finale for the first time and Mike (and his dog Kaz) are amazing. Not only were the wines top-notch but the tasting room is just so beautiful and relaxing. Because of COVID, the tasting room has been completely moved outdoors in the garden and it almost makes it even better. Mike will not lead you astray when it comes to the wines. My personal favorite is their 2013 Grand Finale Red Blend. I'm generally a cab sauv person and this red blend is just so delicious. I enjoyed my first time so much that I came back the next weekend with some friends who became club members and I came home with more bottles. Can't wait to go back!

The review wouldn't let me proceed without rating food but of course we were wine tasting and there was no food involved. I wanted to rate Finale because we had such a great time! Four of us sat in a lovely courtyard while Michael poured and described the different wines. His knowledge and stories made the wine even more interesting - and they are delicious wines! The setting couldn't have been more perfect - this is a wonderful place to idle away an afternoon.

While it was a rainy day and we were required to be outside (under a tent) it was still a very enjoyable experience. Mike, our host, did an amazing job of describing the wines, the best way to appreciate any wine, and showcasing an amazing quality and taste of Finale wines. The ambiance was enhanced by a great background of Journey music and music of the Journey era. There were three of us for the tasting, and Mike did a great job of some side-by-side tastings to illustrate the value of allowing wines to breath, as well as to compare the same wine but of different vintages. This was the highlight of our day wine tasting - thank you!
