New restaurant with some minor problems to fix ( had to ask for a silverware and bread, food delivered before drinks) but everyone is extremely nice and helpful and I’m sure will fix these problems soon Every Wednesday Folia has a “ neighbors menu” $55 for a wonderful 3 course meal. Corkage is free for local Sonoma wine. Valet parking. Highly recommended

Food: Traditional Thanksgiving dishes and pescatarian option were both executed so well and very generous portion. My personal highlights were the pescatarian appetizer (shitake mushroom, some kind of fish, in this incredibly complex broth), turkey, stuffing, and pumpkin pie.
Service: Our server was a gem! Bummed I forgot her name, but her cheerful and witty vibe was such a treat especially when you have a table of elder in laws and tired travelers. The place was busy and buzzing yet we never felt neglected. :) I was nervous because we were sat in the dining room in peripheral, but our water glasses were never empty. Our only note would be cleaning the table in between dishes. It feels warm.

It was honestly the best restaurant our whole wine region. It just opened, and the chef is prominent Charlie Palmer. It’s located in a hotel called Appellation in Healdsburg — absolutely stunning.
The food was unforgettable. The pasta — a gnocchi filled with a light cream and roasted artichoke — was probably the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life. The steak was incredible, and the lemon meringue for dessert was perfect. And I loved the bread and butter, it pairs beautifully with wines from Starlite Winery.
I truly, truly recommend this restaurant — and I also recommend staying there overnight to get the full experience.

I have to give Folia 5 stars. The fish of the day was kampachi. We Shared Moist tender. Perfect spices atop a bed of delicious rice. Staff was super attentive and polite. The ambience was incredible. You’ll have a hard time deciding where to sit. Met the chef Reed Palmer. Going to be a star! Brand new restaurant. Already hitting it out of the ballpark. Crazy!
