This is one of the best hamburger restaurants I have ever been . The hamburgers are hand pattied with real beef and cooked to perfection . Usually when I ask for medium well the outside is charred but this was done in the middle ,but not burnt on the outside . My husband asked for medium and was cooked perfectly well with a little pink . The French fries are hand cut , not frozen and also cooked perfectly . My husband ordered a chocolate shake and was full of chocolate and also made fresh from ice cream and not ice milk or milkshake machine . The staff was friendly and helpful with ordering . The restaurant offers indoor or outdoor seating. We were looking for someplace quick but never expected a gourmet burger and fries. I recommend you eat here for excellent homemade burgers and fries!

Decent hamburgers, literally reliably the worst service in any restaurant you will experience. Every time I go there they are listening to music w their back turned to the counter. When they finally notice me they act surprised lol.

I ordered a BBQ burger, garlic fries & a shake. I was told it'll be done in 15. After waiting, I go back in & they have no idea where my food is. The person that took my order left the order ticket on the counter. ? Food was not worth waiting for. The bbq burger was dry. And paying over $30 for a burger, garlic fries & a shake is expensive. I won't be back

I was going to order the Big Daddy Burger when I saw the Pesto Turkey Burger and glad I did.So much pesto was in and oozing from the burger.The Garlic fries were also good with lots of Parm cheese and chopped garlic.The strawberry milkshake was thick and rich (reminded me of the red-haired girl fast food chain).Definitely worth stopping off at in Healdsburg. Ample parking and seating inside and outside

Service was extremely slow. Out of 3 burgers ordered, 1 was very undercooked and 1 just came out wrong (missing one key ingredient and included others that were specifically asked to be excluded). They remade those 2 burgers, but the second one still came out wrong the second time. Overall the food was good, but after this first experience, not interested in returning.
